Goodcents — Restaurant in Lincoln

Went in at about 10:45am with a group of 7 people and stood at the ordering area in front of 2 people making a bunch of sandwiches. We were the only ones in there so it must have been an online or catering order. We stood there for a few minutes and the 2 employees didn't even look up to say hello. I finally asked if they were going to acknowledge that we were standing there and if one of them was going to take our order and the gal said that they were busy making a big online order and that they were in the middle of it. Snotty. Not, hello. Not, I apologize. Not, please give us a couple minutes. Just that they were busy and we'd have to wait. You could tell that they just would have rather been left alone. I have been to Goodscents in different locations, but I was really disappointed with this location at this time. I had orered for specials, which would be 4 24-inch sandwiches. The first person didn't understand me and made me 2 24-inch sandwiches that were made of 2 12-inch sandwiches and seemed annoyed when I asked for an additional 2 24-inch sandwiches The meat and cheese that were sliced were razor thin that my son made the comment that he could see through both meat and cheese and held it up to show me. Checkout was a whole different deql as the clerk couldn't get us ou fast enough. They had more than enough people that were working but seemed Nnoyed that we were there. Oh well, we won't be back in the future to...

Okay so I usually have a good experience at this place, but today I went in for a 6in sandwich around 2:30pm. Nobody was really in the store, I walk up to the counter immediately the worker goes, “you’re going to make me do work?” So I was like yeah I’m sorry man, then he goes “you dick”. Sure he was saying it in a joking way, and me being a young adult he thought it would be cool. After that I just kind of looked at him in shock, then we did not talk for the rest of the transaction. I think that is a terrible attitude to have working, and to say that to my face, it did get me a bit mad. Like my bad for coming to your store and buying your food, I guess I won’t be coming back...
