Happy Wok Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Lincoln

My family and I ordered food from here and we got extremely sick. We ordered an hour and a half before close. We reached back out the same night once we figured out the food was bad, no one answered. Today after waking up (we were all sick and one of my family members had to go get medical attention at the ER for food poisoning). I called to let them know, the food was bad. The gentlemen over the phone asked what we wanted to do and I said I would like a refund. He started yelled at me saying he can't control the quality of food, I tried to deescalate the situation to no avail, so I hung up. He called me back and still was screaming at me. So I hung up again.

The one time before this, we went into the establishment to eat. A sweet lady sat us down, but there were no employees so we waited there for 20 minutes while the nice lady called employees to the restaurant to make food and a server to take the order. The food was good that time. It was just an awkward experience of having no one there. After brining our order, the server never came back to the table. We never got any refills on our drinks, everyone had left again and it took another 20 minutes to find someone to get our check so we could leave.

Definitely will not be taking the gamble on the food or dealing with careless and sometimes aggressive employees of this...

Only giving one star because I have to do something I wouldn't give this place any stars worst experience ever my friend and I went to go have a girl's day and have lunch only to get ruined by the manager I order sesame chicken and it was sour and spicy she tried to make me order honey chicken told her I didn't want that my friend had ordered her food she didn't even eat hers I told them that I didn't want anything the manager came over and started yelling at me threatening to call the cops all because they made a mistake in their food my friend who has PTSD and some other issues was all upset crying her blood pressure was going through the roof got sick I told the manager I'd pay for her food even though she didn't touch it and he still continued to keep yelling at me and threatening to call the cops poor management I would never recommend...

I ordered thru Door dash and also from the store (to deliver) Doordash said my order was canceled, but it wasn't. So I got 2 meals 😅 But when I called to ask if I can cancel one of my orders, the lady went off on me. I was polite and also said it was my mistake and if they can't help me, that it was ok. She then tried to convince me to not take one order because I was already receiving one. She said "Why you need food for two? My driver don't need to come to you because you got food" Yes they still delivered it to me and it was the exact same thing that I got thru doordash. For door dash they give small bowls .... maybe she was offended by me and maybe that's why I got this disgusting order. The picture doesn't show what I see.
