To be honest, I am a very tolerant person and rarely leave poor reviews, but this Subway is seriously disappointing. For one thing, they aren’t always open, and will be randomly closed at odd hours or for days at a time. I am totally okay with that if it’s a consequence of Covid or being shorthanded.
However, what isn’t okay is the fact that when you order anywhere but IN the store (for example app or door dash) there is always SOMETHING wrong with the order. Like to the point that it’s shocking and confusing. It makes me question if the employees can read an order. Also, not to mention more than once while ordering via DoorDash our dasher has had to message us and say something along the lines of “sorry for the wait, there’s no one in here right now.” This just happened to my boyfriend and I again today.
And I have nothing against young employees usually, but I suspect that the issues with this Subway stem mainly from the immaturity of the employees. Every time I’ve been there with the exception of one time, there are teenagers behind the counter. I would say ages 20 and under are back there 90% of the time. They’re always kind and friendly and even funny, but clearly one or more of them that work here have a hard time getting a simple order right. And they are never ever busy, so there’s really no excuse for them to get those orders wrong.

Read moreI've only had one bad experience here I walked in and there was a line, the man behind me came in and said hi to the sandwich maker. The sandwich maker then went off about how he had so much to do and ppl keep coming in...so I left. Other than that, the workers are nice and efficient
Well, the ladies dealing with the pick up window upset me enough to call customer service and ask to talk to the owner bc they were rude! I pulled up to the pick up window and had a time crunch...waited about 5 mins b4 I knocked on the steam clouded window. I sat back in my car. 5 mins later I was asked what order was mine. I said my name and was told it's not ready. I apologized if my knocking upset her, but I thought maybe they didnt see me. I apologized, she continued to be rude and walked away. Another girl handed me my 2 sandwiches and asked her if it would be easier if I just came in, instead of came to the window. She said we cant see you making sandwiches sooo idc. I apologized again, she said idc...i said i think you do. And drove off pulling up...
Read moreI'm a Subway fan..... But this location is now a huge NO GO for me. Rude, unfriendly, and apparently to "woke" for me. Illinois mask Mandate is over. I walked in and was greeted with " are you wearing a mask?" Although I was obviously not. I said "no" and was responded to with "we will not serve you unless your wearing a mask." I said "fair enough" walked out and took my business across the street to Jimmie John's....... The staff there were nice, friendly, efficient and they were happy to serve me without a mask. I know where my family and I will be spending our money...
