Jerusalen Bakery — Restaurant in Lincoln

I recently came here to get a cake for my cousins bautism. The girl at the front desk had such a bad attitude towards my mom and was so disrespectful. Not just that but we ordered a cake a few days ago for TODAY at 4pm. They called us at 3:42pm, we live almost an hour away and we told them we lived far away and we were already almost here, and they told us it was urgent. Apparently they were in such a rush to get a hold of us that they couldn't call us earlier then 3:42 pm to tell us our cake wouldn't be ready. They 'misplaced' our order and couldn't bother to.tell us sooner. They treated us like we were stupid and when my mom asked why she was being so.rude towards her the cashier girl coninued to.give her attitude and the only time she stopped ignoring us was when she took our money. Even the lady making our cake was rude as can be towards us, which is disappointing because this bakery was highly recommended by friends. Never again will i come here to be...

Please do better. You forgot about my order so you did it last minute when I arrived to pick it up. It is sloppy and ugly. I asked for blue and green only and there is yellow. There is also a gray color on the writing that does not look good. My husband hates yellow. If you can't get it done and do it properly then call me. Today is the day of my husband's birthday so I will have to take off all the frosting and redo it myself to make it look presentable. It was bad enough that I had to order a larger size cake then I wanted because you said you were out of small boxes. So I paid more for a larger size and it wasn't even worth it. Nice local bakery with a loyal customer base especially among spanish-speaking community members. I had a normal Gyro and a small Tres Leches cake with strawberry. To my surprise, they offered jalapeno and pickles on the gyro (although I question the latter, it was a welcome addition tot he typical gyro). Overall, it was pretty delicious and is close to my favourite behind Pita & Naan. The Tres Leches cake was also pretty tasty, but I did not get it decorated so there's not much to talk about.
