We went to the location at 48th and Leighton in Lincoln NE. There were flies everywhere. The thermostat was set at 63F, but it was reading 83F in the store. The food service was decent, and the food was fresh, but the boy at the counter was either new, or didn't care to learn what was necessary to perform his job successfully. He had to ask the manager about three or four different things that he should have known as a cashier. Then, after we ate lunch, we got dessert. My husband ordered a Dilly Bar (prepackaged, so no complaints there), my kids had mini blizzards with kids coupons, and my MIL got a small blizzard, and I got a new Cupfection® Brownie with Oreo. We got the Dilly Bar right away, but waited about 10 minutes before the blizzards came out, so I reminded the 2nd boy that we were still waiting on the Cupfection ®. Another 10 minutes went by, still no dessert for me. I had to ask the first boy why it was taking so long, and he thought it had already been handed out. No, I'm still waiting at the counter for some reason, right? (Insert eye-roll here.) About 2 minutes after that, I finally get my dessert. I can tell you, it was good, but definitely NOT worth a 25...

I got it for my 11 year old daughter who was just raving about what she saw on the commercials and I must say that it definitely does not look blue as far as what the commercials advertised it to be and I knew that in the first place and I told her that's just called marketing. But she said it tasted gross as well to which I responded, let me try it so I tried it and I can vouch for her it definitely had a very weird flavor almost like pure dye if that makes sense and it definitely was not even close to looking like they made it look on the commercials which was very disappointing so, I got my tried and true Butterfinger blizzard and had cheesecake bits added into it for the first time ever and that was incredibly good. One thing about Dairy Queen is normally you have to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes to get your order even if it's just one blizzard if it's even halfway busy you're waiting. If you...
Read moreI drove here specifically late one night because Google said they were open until 10:30 p.m., when I get there at 10 they were closed, when I called the store the lady who answered, told me that they could not do anything about what Google says, and that they have no control over Google, I simply explained to them that the owner should have the ability to access the Google business account, and simply change their business hours, it's really not that hard to provide the simplest service possible to your customers, people drive across town to get to you because you're open 30 minutes later than most stores and you don't have the decency to say that you close at 10, it literally takes 3 minutes on your Google account, I can only imagine how many holidays this store has been closed on or closed on bad winter days, and many customers have drove there to find that they were closed, it's a poor excuse and poor...
