Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Freaky Slow! Spoiled Veggies! Disgusting Food! Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes! When I opened my sandwich wrapping I noticed a piece of brown lettuce hanging out. I opened the sandwich to take out what I assumed would be one small piece of old lettuce. All the lettuce was slimy, mushy, and turning brown! I scraped all the lettuce off and inspected the rest of the sandwich. The cucumbers were turning brown in the middle so I took those off but the tomato and avocado looked all right. I thought I’d at least be able to eat this much of my sandwich. I took a bite. The avocado tasted NOTHING like avocado. It almost tasted more like hand sanitizer than anything else. It was horrible. At that point I threw the whole sandwich away. I was too grossed out to try throwing away the cheese which had the avocado smushed between it and eating just the tomatoes and mayo on bread. All that time wasted, money wasted, and ended up with nothing for lunch. Worst experience. I will never eat at this Jimmy John’s again! From now on, I will only eat at Jimmy John’s with higher reviews like the one on...

lol Someone here posted "Midnight or later" as a slogan of JJ's on this Google review sight. 70th A location closes at 10:00... They should be finishing cleaning and almost be out of there by 10:30; therefore, I would laugh at you as well. This JJ's is pretty close to my house and they are quite fast if you call at the right times. Every restaurant that delivers food will become slower between the hours of 12-2 due to the fact that ummm....... THATS LUNCH TIME! JJ's always tastes like JJ's so if you didn't believe it tasted good the first time, then why go back? You can put anything on your sandwich that you want... The trick about the hard bread that most people DON'T know is that if you ask for fresh bread, its still warm and super soft. Love this place no doubt. FYI- get a #5 then just say the following "LBI, add mayo, add dijon, add beef, ez lettuce, add hot pepps!!!) or in other words, just say "American Nightclub" Hope this was...

Went to Jimmy Johns on 70th and A today to get my daughter and her teammate a sandwich as they were play in a City Tennis tournament for school. Order there food and stepped to the side to wait for our food as they were a little busy. So after waiting 15 mins seeing people who had purchased their food after me. I finally said something to one of the workers about our wait time. He looks for our ticket states he couldn't find it. I asked if he could make our order next as we had been there for 20 mins by then. He tells me I need to wait to speak to the manager (I think the guy I talked to was the manager). Which I did and he says ok give him a sec well after waiting 30 mins for food I still wasn't receiving and waiting patiently for I had to ask for a refund which then I was told I'd have to wait again for someone to get free from making orders to get my money back. Thanks Jimmy Johns but I don't think I'll be visiting A street location again...
