absolutely 000 stars.... Very poor customer service by the 'owner,' Tran. When we called and said there was a problem with our pizzas we were told to come back "anytime." on behalf of a friend and myself, i did two days later and explained our problem. i explained our situation and were not treated with respect or legitimacy. i came in twenty minutes till closing on a friday and said we had a problem with pizzas a few days ago. i asked to speak the the owner 'Tuan' and was told there was nobody there by that name. i apologized and asked to just speak with the owner. he said "there is no owner" and said he was "Tran." again, i apologized and by this time i didnt know if i was apologizing because i called him the 'owner' or because i called him 'Tuan' and not 'Tran.' We were not on a "list," i was told. i asked how he knew were not on the list because we did not tell him who we were or what our problem was and it was that he "knew" because the "list was for him" and he said he "did not have to tell me." he wanted my friend to come into the location because he would know his face. (after multiple times telling him we called the order in...) i would go on, further explaining that he doesn't know my friend just because he called on the phone, and he would not know his face. then he wanted a receipt for the pizzas that were not correctly made and i explained that they were correctly 'printed' onto the receipts, but not made the way we had ordered them. he was continuously being verbally backed into a corner by myself because of his inability to answer questions and provide answers. he threatened to call the police multiple times and told me to leave multiple times. i had already ordered a pizza before getting further into my frustrations. after i had tried to explain my situation again, while waiting for the pizza i had ordered... he wanted the money for the pizza that i had ordered and would not answer questions because i was not satisfied with any of the answers he had given me. "fine" i said finally, "call the police..." he said to "pay for the pizza..." and then he would "call the police." i explained again that he had not answered any of my questions and that the police would just ask the same questions... he had no validity to his claims about the receipt i had received (the receipt was correct, but the pizza was wrong!) or my friend whose face would prove i was in the wrong (who only called and never came in), and that i was not appreciating how he was treating me as a customer. i could absolutely tell there was a language barrier. he spoke broken english and did not seem to grasp much, if anything, i was saying. he kept asking me for money, but wouldnt agree why i should give it to him because of the misguided service i felt i was receiving. i feel i was speaking in a calm, professional manner the entire time. it was closing time on a friday night, so i know we all wanted to get out of there, and he was going to call the police, throw away food, or take it home, rather than resolve a situation with a customer who had spent $50 a few nights previously. we even asked to come resolve the problem, but were treated like scavengers. absolutely 000 stars.... hope you like my story. we are finally laughing about it, but will not forget the horrid customer service and...
Read moreI've dropped by this location several times over the years to pick up one of their hot and ready pizzas. Usually they have them ready to go where I'm in the door pay and out the door in less than 5 minutes. About a week ago I went here as I'm walking up to the door the staff was getting ready to put a sign that says lobby closed online ordering only, with pick up from the drive-thru. This was kind of a turn off, sometimes you just want to walk in pay and walk out I don't feel like I should have to get out my phone set up an account make an order then sit in line behind multiple other cars. If I have to make an online order and then wait 30 minutes behind other cars in the drive-thru I could have just gone to Walmart bought a couple pizzas drove home threw them in the oven and I would have had food faster. I've noticed some of the other reviews are complaining about the same thing to whoever owns his location you're leaving money on the table by allowing your staff to force people to do online ordering only especially when it's just a hot and ready pizzas pickup. Granted I get it it's easier on staff if they just have to focus on one thing instead of keeping an eye on the front counter for anyone who walks in. But in the end this will deter future customers from returning. Now when I'm considering a pizza I'll be doing the math on how long it will actually take to get a pizza from Little Caesars versus picking up a frozen pizza and cooking it myself. Read moreOrdered through grub hub. There was no option to purchase dipping sauces. I called the store to see if I could pay for a couple sauces to be added to the order. While this guy seems friendly, he has a hard time understanding what I’m asking for as he was not a native English speaker. He said they couldn’t take cards. Which doesn’t make sense. Whatever. I said “so I just cant have sauce unless I drive there and pick it up myself?” He said “yeah.” My order came. They sent the whole wrong pizza. I ordered a pretzel bread pizza. Which has cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce. The pizza I got has pizza sauce on it and no pretzel crust with salt. I called the store. Spoke to the same guy, who couldn’t understand what I was saying, and eventually I got frustrated and resigned to just writing this review, because I clearly wasn’t getting the pizza I actually ordered.
