Today, I've experienced racism in your in Lincoln facility, We called MR PICKLES, to placed an order,

I came to pick up the order, no greetings as usual, of how they welcome you right in coming through door, at least past experienced. I announced that I am picking and order, no response, I approached the counter mentioned that I am picking up order for so and so., then clearly heard and responded as ok, we are working on it 5 minutes later I'm still waiting. 2 more people came in got serve. If I did not got up to approached counter, I'm rushing just on break, and I still need my food from somewhere else. this Mr. Pickles is for another person, happen to be quite often.

Yet, people that just are coming in and get service immediately and out the door, was not really that busy. 2 people ahead of me, same time I walked in got their order sitting table and the other one out the door.. The walk-in order, people gotten their order right away no more than 3 minutes. I'm there sitting down and started really annoyed because, the reason why place by phone so just quick and pick up. I just stepped out just to pick an order that supposed to take 2 minutes, and I was supposed to pick up my food somewhere else. However my break will be over, time is eaten up from this run. I was disappointed, was it the color of my skin? OH NO. I will not be picking up any order...

The restaurant was very clean, the service was excellent, and the sandwiches were delicious! I visited while spending time with my uncle, and he showed us the new soda fountain machine—they have Dr. Pepper, which is my favorite! My child isn't a fan of meat, so we opted for a toasted cheese on sourdough, which she really enjoyed. They also offer a wide variety of chips. I was so impressed with the food that I forgot to take pictures! I would definitely recommend this place—10/10.

This place was lowkey fire, everything was clean, and the service was straight up amazing. The sandwiches? Slap so hard. I went to visit my uncle, and he showed us the new soda fountain machine—Dr. Pepper, my fave, bet! My kid doesn’t mess with meat too much, so we got her a toasted cheese on sourdough, and she was vibing. Plus, they have so many chips to choose from. Ive gotten sandwhiches here twice within the last 3 months and both times the orders were incorrect. First time the sandwhich was meant to be on dutch crunch, I ordered ahead for pickup so I didnt see them making it. It was made on sliced wheat bread..very different breads so I dont know how this could be messed up. The second time was today 8/26/25 and I again ordered ahead of time for pick up and when we went to pick up the order which said it would be ready in 20 minutes we were there a little after 20 minutes to pickup the order and they hadn't even started making it. I ordered a Tom Turkey and that was fine but I also ordered a Spicy Bird which is supposed to come with turkey breast and they made it with CHICKEN. I am continuously let down by this place. I didnt even call this time to let them know they messed up I just wont be ordering from here anymore. They dont ever offer to make it right and continue to mess up orders every single time.
