Lincoln Chinese — Restaurant in Lincoln

I CANNOT BELIEVE what I just saw. I got up and left without leaving a tip after this. They wouldn't deserve it.

I was sitting here, eating appetizers, and waiting for my dinner order, and a very sweet soft spoken uber eats driver came in with an order she was picking up. The lady working FLIPPED, and started screaming in her face, and the poor driver began backing away, and the employee kept stepping forward, getting closer while intensely and violently screaming at her. I almost got up to defend this girl because it was so bad, intense, and violent, the law would consider any harm done as self defense. THATS how bad, rude, intense, scary, and near-violent this went. This was echoing in the entire restaurant as she was provoking a fight for no reason. I'm also not the only person who almost got up to defend the uber driver.

All of this was because they don't have whatever the Uber customer wanted and they didn't understand what uber was. I can't believe this, because restaurants need to sign up for Uber, yet the staff is apparently unaware.

I have spent thousands of dollars here, and that will be the last time. I was already on the edge about this place as I got sick the last 2 times I came, but I have come here so many times I figured I'd give a final chance, and then this happened....

If I could give no stars I would first time ordering here because it's supposed to be best in town. Horrible customer service. We ordered a bunch of food for pick up and when we got home it was all the wrong stuff, so we called back then the lady argued with us telling us that we got what we ordered. First of all she gave us a bunch of stuff with shrimp in it, we don't eat anything seafood so it's not what we ordered at all, after argueing with my husband, she finally said to come back and get correct order so my husband went back for the second trip and she wouldn't give him the correct order once he was there, she was rude handed him a box of noodles(literally) and said "this all you get for free" it's like first of all we spent a bunch of money on food we didn't order so we should get the correct food! Secondly we told her we just wanted the plain chow mein and she literally just gave us plain noodles with nothing on it. I have no idea why this place has such good reviews we spent a good amount of money here and didn't even eat any of what we paid for, we had a horrible experience with the customer service here and will never return nor recommend. My family and I will never eat at Lincoln Chinese again. Patrons beware, the service here was horrible this evening. The service was okay until we were served our appetizers. In order to make room for two plates, the main lady waitress, who walks around like a tyrant, slams our dishes around, as if she were disgusted. So, in fear, my husband and I scrambled to make room for the entrees before she’d be back. As she arrives she has three plates, slams them down and says something like, “these two are the same”. We looked at the entrees and noticed that the order was wrong. The three of us, who went to dinner specifically ordered three different entrees so that we could sample each of them. Nobody came to our table to ask how things were, if we needed anything else. My husband told the waitress that we didn’t order two of the same plates, and she said, “yes you did”. We usually order take out from here, after tonight, this is the last time we eat here period. I’ve had better service and food...
