Brunch Bliss at Rebel Hen!

If you’re looking for a trendy spot with bold flavors, Rebel Hen is the place to be! I recently stopped in for brunch and was blown away by their creative menu and cozy, relaxed vibe.

I started with a London Fog, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had. The perfect blend of creamy vanilla lavender sweetness and the fragrant, rich taste of Earl Grey—it was warm, comforting, and just what I needed to kickstart my morning.

But the real standout was their Mean Avocado Toast. This was no ordinary avo toast. The bread was thick, toasted to perfection, and had that perfect crunch-to-softness ratio. They topped it with fresh, perfectly seasoned smashed avocado, a drizzle of tangy balsamic glaze, and finished it off with a sprinkle of flavoringsthat added a delightful kick. It was the ideal combination of flavors and textures, making each bite better than the last.

The service was great, too—friendly and fast without feeling rushed. Whether you’re meeting friends or enjoying a solo coffee and bite, Rebel Hen provides the perfect laid-back atmosphere for a chill brunch experience.

I used to really enjoy coming to Rebel Hen Bakery, but the service has become incredibly frustrating. This is now the second time I’ve walked out of line because the ordering process is painfully slow. The last time I stuck it out, there were only about six people ahead of me, yet it still took 15 minutes just to order—and then another 15 minutes to actually get my food.

When I asked about the status of my order, the staff seemed annoyed, not apologetic. Watching the team behind the counter, it was clear there was no organization or sense of urgency. I’m not expecting fast food speeds, but some pep in your step would go a long way.

Can't even begin to describe how much I love this place. Everything is fresh and delicious, worth every penny. It is sometimes so hard to find places (especially in Lincoln) with fresh fruits and veggies plus a fair helping of bacon and other delicious proteins. This place knocks it out of the park every time. All the farm fresh everything you could ask for. Only wish they were open past 2pm. I've done dine in, take out, and delivery - it's all quick and easy. The salads are great, the breakfast sandwiches are great, the bagels are great. Everything is... you guessed it... great! If you're a foodie and into tasty fresh food this place is definitely for you. Keep up the good...
