PepperJax Grill — Restaurant in Lincoln

If there was an option to give -5 stars I would do it to my heart’s content. My friend and I usually come to the location on North 27th St and he always orders a half salad and half rice, but since today we were adjacent to the 48th st location we went there. But over there they refused to give us what he wanted( we then came to the 27th St branch approximately 10 minutes later and they automatically asked if its a half salad and rice ). The person cooking in the back is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional people I’ve ever seen. The cook then gave as an attitude saying she’s not going to serve that so my friend getting upset said he won’t come back there again but while we were leaving that same person started acting more disrespectful and was yelling at as and then my friend got into an argument. Then she said she will get us banned from the franchise and she will call the cops. We left and when we came to the branch at 27th st the people over here said “ we will serve you even if they call” Employers should keep in mind the people they hire because my friend also owns his own company and he manages 30 people by himself he was saying he will never hire someone like her who has zero respect for their customers. It was my first time at PepperJax and I was nervous about ordering thru the drive through. I was greeted by a team member that really made me feel a lot better and less nervous. As I was ordering they were providing a lot of information and answering all my questions before I could ask them. They were super awesome. I made it to the window and it was another team member (I could tell they were different) and they had the same very energetic and excited to see me attitude. Once my order was ready they both handed it out to me and told me to have an amazing day. It was awesome seeing how happy and genuine they were about it.
