Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lincoln

NEVER AGAIN We ordered online at 5:10 or so. Received confirmation number and charge was put on our bank account. OK, no problem. 25 Minutes later we get an e-mail stating that the order wasn't able to be processed. Confusing because we got a confirmation and we were charged. At 5:50, 10 minutes past the window for delivery I called and spoke with a gentleman (no name given) who read my order to me to the penny (even though they supposedly never received it) and advised that there was an issue and it would be another hour before we received our order. Cut to 2 hours later, still no food. I called and asked to speak with a manager, the first person I spoke to was not a manager (no name given), all he would do was offer to take another order and hung up on me as I was explaining that wasn't satisfactory. I called back, spoke with the night manager (Amber, possibly April) who advised they never received my order, said they never confirmed my order when I called in a couple of hours previous, essentially calling me a liar. No offer for rectification. She seemed nonplussed that I offered to provide a confirmation number which was given to us at the point of order completion. She simply insisted that what happened, didn't.

Woman behind counter who I think is the manager is working on her time. Finishing conversations with fellow employees before helping customers or behind wall on computer being completely unaware of customers waiting for food. I ordered a side of cheese sticks and was given what appears to be cheese sticks cut out of a pizza crust rather than actual cheese sticks. They taste the same so that is not the issue. The issue is the sticks are definitely smaller than the expected size. I also received no warning about the size. I called and was given a future credit, to be fair. However, I do think it's silly that a manager (I think) would be completely unaware that they are out of ingredient and would hand obviously lower quality product out as if it were like any other food Pizza Hut has. 2 stars is because of the...

I went there about a week ago with me and my girlfriend and the service there was despicable because we had to we already paid for our meal and had to wait about ten minutes which was OK but when i got my meal they messed up the order messing up our toppings and making it thick crust instead of thin crust and i wanted to get some compensation or make the pizza right again but the lady just replied who was no help at all just said i don't make those decisions and i asked if i could speak to someone and she wouldn't let me and asked me and my girlfriend to leave or we are going to get kicked out so this is what i will say to you before you make this mistake...
