Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lincolnshire

Walked in and wasn’t helped for about 3 minutes, nobody was at the front and another worker was too busy talking to what seemed like a friend. Nobody acknowledged us. Then they mysteriously all came out from the back at one time. They need help with their customer service skills, it’s painful to watch. They are never restocked on their items. This has happened in the past two times I’ve gone there. First they didn’t have queso, now this time they didn’t have vinaigrette. It’s 8pm. They close at 10pm. Their guacamole is always brown. I think that corporate needs to do a rehiring for this new location and hire people who actually know what...

Employees are super nice and helpful. It’s obvious they spend a lot of time and effort here every day to make sure we really get the best service possible. They always have all the food out even when it’s late at night and they’re close to close. They’re always super clean and their lobby is always picked up. They always have smiles in their face and even when they’re close to close, they’ll put down whatever they’re closing to go attend to me love this chipotle it’s my main one and being a loyal customer always gives you perks....

This place is the worst. I always pay for double protein due to the miserable portions Chipotle serves in general. Even paying double protein at this branch gives you the equivalent to one portion served at the Vernon Hills location. The manager here gave excuses when we proved they are over charging for protein. Chipotle should put measures in place to ensure customers receive what they pay for. I guess giving smaller portions leaves them good profits at the expense...
