The Cheesecake Factory — Restaurant in Lincolnshire

UPDATE 8/2025 My best friend and I always meetup at this specific Cheesecake Factory (CF) location. CF is in a convenient area, plenty of parking and we like that they have indoor and outdoor seating near a pond.

They always bring warm bread to the table with butter. We had the stuffed mushrooms as a starter which were pretty good.

We both ordered the Beef Medallions plate off the skinnylicious menu . They were cooked as we requested and the sauce paired really nicely. Mashed potatoes and asparagus tasted really yummy. It didn’t feel like we were skimping. We split a nice piece of classic cheesecake with strawberries for desert.

The service is always excellent and the food choices are nice especially if you frequently visit. There’s always so many options to choose from. They never rush you and we really feel we can relax, enjoy and catch up!

This CF location we feel is the best one in Chicagoland area! ———————————- UPDATE 7/2025 The Cheesecake Factory is a great place to meetup with friends. This location is always consistent with good food, service and ambience.

We were celebrating my friends’ birthday and had a nice relaxing time. Crispin our server was excellent! He was very attentive, personable and made sure we had a fantastic time.

We ordered the lettuce wraps which are always good here with 3 sauces. Also a salmon special and a Thai fish. We ended with the decadent Godiva cheesecake.

It was a great afternoon catching up and celebrating. This location has outdoor seating and no matter where you sit, tables are spaced out which makes for a more enjoyable meal. ———————————- UPDATE: 12/12/22 Excellent service and fresh quality food. My friend and I were meeting yesterday as she drove from Kenosha and I from Schaumburg. We both arrived before the restaurant opened and the very kind manager came out as we sat on the benches and invited us to sit inside (20 minutes) until they we're officially open. Crispin our server was a true delight and provided excellent stellar service. This is our favorite CF location and I really enjoy coming here. Very relaxed, no rushing and food is always 5 stars. Excellent Thai wraps and they now offer grilled sectioned avocado vs chicken for you vegans out there! ——————- Cheesecake Factory Lincolnshire is in my opinion the best out of all the CC Factory locations as far as parking, cleanliness, quality of food, ambiance, service and overall experience. It’s worth the drive to go to that one if you can. I met a friend for lunch and we had a great time. We weren’t rushed and there was plenty of places to sit with a lot of natural light from large windows. We had excellent chicken lettuce wraps for the appetizer that came with 3 sauces and plenty of super fresh fixings. I had the chicken piccata that comes with angel hair pasta but I was able to get broccoli instead. My friend had the salmon and beans. Everything was delicious and our waitress Virginia was the best. She checked on us often but didn’t rush us. Timing of everything was perfect. Of course the cheesecake is hard to pass up. I took a slice of the snickers bar and tuxedo...

Let's start with our server, Omar...he is the best!! WOW! He made our visit even more special with his effervescent personality and attentiveness! I walked out of the restaurant saying I have to give Omar a review because of how he made our experience. My mom had been bedridden for 6 months and had not been out to a restaurant for well over a year so this was her first outing in a long time. We picked Cheesecake Factory because we knew it had a huge menu to choose from. We sat outside and at first were the only people outside so we felt bad our server had to come outside with no one else out there. Omar greeted us right away and with a huge smile! He gained points asking if we were sisters. ☺️ My mom wanted a regular Margarita for her first drink in over a year, and she enjoyed every drop of that margarita! I ordered street corn for us. My mom had never had street corn before. Funny thing is we didn't know how to eat it! So embarrassing...I thought we cut the corn off, but it didn't come off the cob so we had to pick up the cut pieces and eat it off the cob. Hard to explain...all I will say is don't eat this if on a first date. It's awesome, but very messy. We laughed about it. It made the experience fun! Then, we ordered strawberry shortcake...my absolute favorite! Well, Omar told us they were out, which made me so sad. We told him that was ok, but we didn't order anything else. Well, Omar came back to say they found the cake in a different freezer! So happy!! I know all of you go for the cheesecake, well, I go for the strawberry shortcake! It is so awesome! The cake has a hard exterior and gets softened by the ice cream. It is actually even better the next day when it is wet from the cream and melted ice cream. I ended eating the leftovers for breakfast for the next 2 days, which made me happy. By the way, the patio is beautiful with gorgeous views. Anyhow, thank you Omar for making our little...

Caveat Emptor:

Let buyers beware, poor food quality, expensive drinks, and poor customer service at this location. How is this location still in business? My wife and I showed up here on a Thursday evening and it was not busy. We kindly requested a booth and somewhere quiet away from others and the young hostess we dealt with said there were no booths available. Taking a closer look around the place, there were lots of empty booths available!! Then, this young hostess had the audacity to say with an attitude “you can eat at the bar!”,( which was very noisy but still had booths available!!) It was such a simple request to honor. I went back to the hostess stand and was APPALLED that the hostess turned to her co-worker and was complaining about me right in front of my face stating her distain for customer requests! LIKE EXCUSE ME?? At this point I requested a manager because clearly she could careless at how she treats customers. DO NOT TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS TO YOUR COWORKERS IN FRONT OF THIER FACES! Come to find out, the manager was WORSE! Rhinohead, Jordan, came waltzing over and did not rectify the situation. In fact, it was the worst management style I’ve ever encountered. His failure to understand my compliant or my request was off putting. I kindly asked him if this is how he trains his employees to act in front of customers and if what I experienced was acceptable behavior. Well, Jordan, didn’t seem to mind how his hostess acted and began to anger me further. My wife and I were starving and so we just endured the noise of the bar.

Next the food was terrible, cold, tasteless, very bland. WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY? I do not recommend this location and I strongly believe all the staff should be fired...
