I don't know how they stay open. We went in here the other night and were seated. We ordered drinks (soda for me and water for my wife). She asked for a lemon and a straw. They brought us a bowl of lemon wedges. Just one is fine. We easily had three cut up lemons on our table.
Our server came and asked if we had dined with them before. We said no and waited for the detailed explanation. She pointed to the open grill area on the table and said we order whatever we want but don't order too much, and that we can always order more later. She then said we place the food on the grill and cook it per the color diagram taped to the wall in our booth and the time is per side. She then showed us the tablet on the table, turned it on, handed it to my wife and walked away.
Great way to sell it to us - by not really explaining anything. Then she returned with plates, silverware, and a four compartment dish with three dipping (?) sauces and a dry rub. We asked what they were and she rushed through them and said the "rub" was actually salt and pepper.
We get our order. And my wife gets an entire cut up onion, we have sections of red and green peppers, I have a plate of raw chicken rubbed with lemon pepper. She has a plate of cajun chicken with a sauce slathered on it and I have a tray on plain raw shrimp. We are handed two tongs. One fat and one super skinny. No explanation for the weird sizes. Oh, and we only have forks, no knives.
We place the food on the grill which is so small that barely anything fits on it. The grill top was not sprayed with some kind of oil beforehand and our shrimp and chicken fuse to the rungs in the grill.
Neither of us are thrilled with this. Why am I paying $38/person so I can cook my own meal.
The chicken, per the chart, does not take 4 minutes per side to cook, it takes a lot longer as the chicken was raw. The shrimp cooked too long (ever though we followed their cooking times). And that was it. We had enough. We got our bill and paid. They brought the card reader to the table and the unit automatically shows tips ranging from 20% to 25%. What? I'll do a custom tip...a lot lower. And by the way, it was a Wednesday night and our server couldn't be bother to explain anything as she had more important things to do like joke around with the seven other servers behind the bar.
This place shouldn't last out the year. It's so not worth the money and if you want to cook for yourself, then just stay in. Tomahawk...

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an atmosphere that was both stylish and inviting. The decor strikes the perfect balance between modern and traditional, creating a space that feels both cozy and vibrant. And despite how popular this restaurant clearly is, everything is so well-organized that we never had to wait long, even during peak hours.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the food! The quality of the meats here is top-tier, and every bite is packed with flavor. While everything we tried was delicious, the pork bulgogi was hands down our favorite. It was perfectly marinated, tender, and just the right amount of smoky when grilled at the table. The appetizers were just as impressive, making the meal an even greater value. With unlimited options, we had the chance to indulge in all our favorites, and ordering more was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-use tablet system. No flagging down servers—just a quick tap and our next round was already on the way!
Speaking of service, the staff here is exceptional. Our waitress, Gem, made our experience even more enjoyable with her kindness and welcoming attitude. She was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations, and making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and efficient, ensuring that empty plates were cleared quickly and drinks were refreshed without us even having to ask.
And let’s not forget the drinks—an absolute must-try! The mango martini was smooth, fruity, and perfectly balanced, while the Mai Tai was a tropical delight that paired beautifully with the bold BBQ flavors. Whether you're here for a casual dinner or a fun night out with friends, these drinks elevate the entire experience.
Overall, this Korean BBQ spot hits every mark—outstanding food, impeccable service, a fantastic atmosphere, and unbeatable value. If you're looking for a place that delivers on all fronts, this is it. We’ll definitely be back, and if you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously...
Read moreThought this would be a fun experience with the girls to start the holiday season! Server started annoyed, ended annoyed. We explained we hadn't been to a Korean BBQ before after he asked us and he said he would explain. And he didn't. He did explain over and over again how we had 2 hours to eat and they would assess $15.99/lbs to each member of the seated party for food waste. Ok we get it. But he just kept hammering on it so much we were hesitant to order. It took 20 min for the first round of food to come out after it took us 10 min to figure out the ordering on the ipad. When we asked if the 2 hr time started on food or drink delivery. He said "no" after saying over and over the kitchen was slammed. All we ordered was mushrooms onions and beef. So we waited. He never explained the sauces he gave us and got annoyed when we asked. We saw pics on the ipad of other sauces, one looked like homemade ketchup he dropped ketchup packages on the table with disgust. When we showed him the picture of the sauce in the cup he just sighed and argued about what was on the ipad. When the meat arrived thankfully they had signs to explain cooking time because the server didn't come back. The veggies seemed to take much longer than one would expect to cook. For $37 each I kept thinking I would need to get a burger after because none of us wanted to order anything for fear of angry server guy. Once the dinner crowd cleared the kitchen started sending out the food faster. With only one burner for 6 people it's challenging to keep the food flowing. Some steak showed up rolled and we didn't know if we should unroll or cook rolled. Desserts are bite sized which worked. We paid in cash and we laughed saying the server would have trouble with that. He did. the server couldn't figure it out, in fact most servers like that their tip is in cash, but he didn't. I hope he tipped out the back of the house because they were hustling. The female table busser helped us the most and was lovely. The manager was also very nice as were the front hostesses. Maybe the server was having a bad day but he really made this special evening a downer. I'll try to go back but doubtful the rest of the party will. They were all...
