Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lincolnton

TLDR: We were given a workers drink (that had already been drank from) by mistake during COVID.

Today, my mother and I both got Large lattes and upon driving home, my mom realized hers was actually hot chocolate that was not only cold but also wasnt filled up all the way (much less than mine, which was the same size), so we suspect they accidentally gave us one of the workers drinks considering i dont believe there was anyone in dining room or behind us in line to have switched orders with. Now, one thats just gross as is and second, absolutely not okay during COVID. And we both took sips from it, so now we will be worrying the next 14 days on what we potentially exposed ourselves to.

We did call and they did told us we could come back for a replacement, but did not comment when I expressed concern that it mightve been a workers drink.

I am typically VERY reluctant to leave bad reviews but I come to this Dunkin probably once a month or so and theres been several times Ive received the wrong order and Ive had to go...

Awesome coffee but coffee was way to pricey for coffee. After i drink my coffee i went to bathroom i was by myself and i was also walking so i had to carry my bookbag with me to restroom. As i was walking out of restroom the manager was standing outside the restroom i didn't think much of it. As i was walking to front door i noticed the manger was following me. Right in the middle of Dunkin in front of 10-12 people, in a very loud voice she made me stop and said i was not allowed back to Dunkin. I said why what did i do Wrong? She said mama i know you were doing drugs in the bathroom😂 LMAO I was so mad and upset and i was embarrassed while restaurant was staring at me. I have never did any kind of drug or alcohol. Manager said dont play dumb with me. I heard you. What did you hear? I was humiliated and started crying then she said you got to leave now. I was willing to let her search of my belongings. She grabbed my arm and put me out the door and said i can't come...

Purchased a coffee Tumblr for iced coffee and hot coffee. Purchase price was $18 plus tax bought it for my wife on her first trip through on her own, which would be her first fill up was supposed to be free was told there was limited things that she could get which was not told to us upon the original purchase Was treated with an attitude from the attendant who had all kinds of face piercings, which is unprofessional and ended up having to get her coffee in a regular cup because the Tumblr that we paid $18 for the ice wouldn’t fit in the cup! So if that’s the case, what is the purpose of the cup For hot coffee only I can assume with that being said either make a Tumblr that will let you put ice in it or for people who prefer iced coffee, just give them a card to present very dissatisfied with the service and it will be her and my last trip to Dunkin’ Donuts...
