I love this coffee shop. It helps you to appreciate the character and sense of community a local coffee shop can bring to an area. It is very cool on the inside with art from local artists for sale and a section where they roast their own beans. The coffee is so consistently delicious it beats any of the corporate chains in the area in my opinion. The coffee is really really delicious. Also they use syrups for the sweeteners from France so they are not full of high fructose corn syrup. Thank goodness a place that knows quality. A long time ago I remember they had weird hours and never seemed to be open. That has changed and now it’s easy to walk in and get a cup of Joe.
I make good coffee at home but we like to go to Fausto every once in awhile just change it up. I like the pistachio latte and my wife usually gets the lavender latte. Sometimes I get a dirty chai which is also good.

However, the blonde merchant Grace had not asked me if I wanted the beans to be grinded or not so she just assumed I had a grinder at home I suppose(unfortunately I don’t). So when I returned to ask if she can kindly grind them for me she refused to since she said I had already left the store with them, even though the bag was unopened. She also denied that she even sold me the bag which was when I was truly appalled by the service there. ASK FOR YOUR BEANS GRINDED UPFRONT OR YOU WILL BE ROBBED...
