Had a very strange experience. I was doing door dash orders and went in to grab someone’s order & there was an older gentleman sitting behind the counter, watching tv. He didn’t even look up, so I politely said hi, told him I was there for a door dash order and gave him the name. All of a sudden a woman working there (who seemed to be serving) asked me very rudely for the name on the order. I told her the name and she grabbed the food and asked me if I could mark it as picked up before I left. I said sure no problem all I have to do is take a picture (anyone who works door dash knows that 9/10 door dash wants you to take a photo of the receipt attached to the bag and you cannot start navigating to the customers house without marking it as picked up- also can’t mark as picked up if you aren’t within a certain distance of the store) she told me taking a picture wasn’t necessary, i told her it wasn’t my choice that door dash makes you do so in the app as proof you have the order. She told me that wasnt true. I told her she was very rude and she continued to cuss and yell as I was walking out of the restaurant, in front of customers that were arriving. I have no idea why I was treated this way, I am never rude to any of the workers or the customers. I wouldn’t recommend the place just based on that one...
Read moreMy ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to eat!! This buffet is always delicious, yes. The sushi bar is even better!! They even provide free meals for kids under two! Well, they did when our twins were that age, 5 years ago. Lunch is cheaper than supper, due to the exchange of dishes that are being offered at that time, such as frog legs. There's also the make-your-own-plate option. It enables you to choose from a large variety of different raw foods to build your own dish, which is then handed to the chef, who cooks it right there in front of you. Delicious and reasonably priced. Can't beat it. And, be aware there are some options of not-so-oriental foods provided, as well. Plus, that frozen bin of ice cream and the bar of other desserts, salad items, and the multiple # of diff type soups, as well. The fact my husband drinks the sweet tea speaks volumes of its...
Read moreWanted to order a regular priced adult meal and a children's meal to go, because I didn't want to sit inside because of covid. I was told I couldn't take a kids meal to go. Sadly, I even had my child with me and they still refused. I was about to just pay for a full priced adult one for my child, but I just decided that I would rather get food somewhere else as they were very rude about it. I had never visited here before, so I wanted to try it out. I was unaware of we had had to sit inside just to get a kids meal. Unfortunately, since they were rude to me about it, they lost out on my large family as future customers. I understand covid has been hard on all of us and things, and new rules come into play and I'm not hard to get along with, and accept working with the changes but being rude to a customer over ordering a kids meal for takeout is...
