Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lincolnton

I do not understand this company!!!! I go to Little Caesars very VRRY seldom due to the way they are at the local store. I have a extremely hard time walking and I go to the drive thru so I do not have to WALK. Yet every time I go, I always have to go in after waiting outside in the parking lot for 30 to 45 minutes after they tell me it will not be longer than 15 minutes. I have tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt seeing as how they are cheap and seem to have reasonable prices but I am so sick of them and they way they run this place in Lincolnton NC. I waited for so long today in the parking lot and even tried to call in there watching 14 cars and people that was after me going in and out (the ones in drive thru walking in to get there food) leaving before me. I have to get out of the car (as always) and go in to get my food that was waiting for me to go in a get it. This is NOT DUE TO THEM BEING SHORT STAFFED as the young girls (3) had their food walked out to the car and the older people and the ones that can't walk that well have to go in and get their food: along with the guy that had to get his baby out of the car and walk in with the baby in a car seat to get 4 pizzas. So please tell me how that was far?!?! So be sure to just walk in to the one in Lincolnton NC if you want your food. They need to close the drive thru all together here because the "hot and ready" is not hot or ready. It gives the company a BAD NAME!!!!! They had a wonderful manager at one time but unfortunately she is no longer with us. Do a better job PLEASE!!!!!!! I am asking for the ones that will continue to visit this store. As of today I am done with this place. Disgusting and filthy! For one, after sitting behind only 1 car at the drive thru for well over 10 minutes without moving once, I went inside to order. The parking lot and side walk were filthy and there was trash every where. My friend & I go inside, while waiting to order I see that a large extremely over weight employee was stretching to reach a high shelf, as he's doing this his large stomach is hanging out of his shirt and onto the counter below. His stomach was literally laying on the counter barely 2 inches from a pizza he was going to slice & box. THEN I'm noticing that none of the employees look clean and professional AT ALL. After seeing what I saw I go sit down because I'm not there for pizza, my friend was. As I'm sitting there I can see directly where the pizzas are made before baking. IT WAS A MESS and NO ONE was wearing gloves, I saw no one wash their hands ever. Several bare hands reaching into the toppings, etc, GROSS!I So, I asked the very messy dis-shoveled and unprofessional manager why no one was wearing gloves when preparing the pizza's. Her response was that it wasn't required, I told her that it should be especially as disgusting as the employees and place of business appeared to be. I ordered here today 4/2/23 at about 1pm, I was not happy with what I received at all. First off I got the wrong sauce but I can look past that. Second off I ordered crazy bread when I opened up the crazy bread I am glad that I looked before I ate it or anyone else. There was a bunch of long bristles from a brush. Not just a couple, no, there was clumps of them together and separate ones all through out the crazy bread. Third neither of the pizzas were actually cut I had to cut them. And fourth I called the moment I noticed the bristles in the crazy bread, I call the first time at about 1:25pm and had no answer so I call again still no answer I called through out the day it is now 6:02pm and I still can not get an answer I called the number off the app and the number which is the same as the app off Google. I still have had no answer. I have no way of going back out there at the time being or I would. I am extremely upset and very unsatisfied with the food. I am mostly upset about the crazy bread. I can look past the sauce and the fact that my pizzas were not cut, but the bristles in the crazy bread is NOT acceptable.
