If you left a bad review based on your experience with the flavors/textures then you're wrong. It's as simple as that. You do not know what good baked goods are.

I've traveled the country and been to over 100 baker's from Cally to Main, down to Florida and every small town between. Seriously' This one is, by far, one of the best I've been to (in American). Obviously the French have their baked goods together but the fact I even thought to compare this place to France bakerys speaks MILES.

If you are considering stopping by here, you will NOT be disappointed.

The ONLY thing I can think of is the cupcakes are not AS GOOD as everything that surrounds them. They are still good, don't get me wrong, but the pale compared to everything...

I wasn't impressed with the pound cake that I had made for my Birthday! The first cake she made it was delicious! This pound cake was very little like it didn't rise. It also was heavy, like it was over beaten, cooked too long . It was more like what my Mother would say it's Sweet Bread but not light and fluffy like a pound cake should be. It was also kindly dry, had to cut a Apple to put in my Cake plate to keep it moist. I also served some slices to others and they were also shocked with how little and how dry it was. I've tried to reach her today, but no answer. I'm sorry I had to post this on here, but you have to know when you are serving the community your food have to be at a good standard. I wasn't happy with it and the cost was too much for such a dry, spongy cake that had 3 flavors but...
