Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Lincolnton

My husband and I went here to eat tonight. We haven't been here in months so we decided this would be a good choice for dinner. Well when we get there, it was very loud in dining room (there were a bunch of young people (maybe high schoolers). I have no problem with people having fun and talking but throughout our whole dining experience, they were being so loud that I could not even hear myself think. I am not that old myself but when I go somewhere out to eat, I don't expect to have to deal with the level of loudness that was in there. When we get up to the counter to order, the lady started to take our order then told us to wait a minute due to people needing other things to complete their orders. When she finally gets our order, she was still distracted everything going on. When we get our food, I was not happy. I ordered the Zazbys Club (which I order all the time), and there was no bacon on it, way too much mayo on it and the sandwich was just thrown together. So we had them fix it againand it was still looked thrown together. Oh and not to mention it looked like no one had cleaned the tables for hours (all the tables were nasty, sticky and crumbled all over the place). I love Zaxbys food but I was so not impressed with tonight's experience. I will not be back for a while. Zaxbys is supposed to be a nice clean family restaurant and by far that is not what happened tonight. I placed an online order before I left my house. I’m 20 minutes away. I get there go through the drive through and tell them I have an order I placed online. The lady said yes ma’am it’s ready. I pull up and I said I have an online order. The lady says it’s not ready. I said they just said it was ready. I said how much longer I placed this order over 20 minutes ago. She said I don’t know. She didn’t say pull over we will bring it to you just I don’t know. I pull into a parking space. No one ever came out. I went back through the drive through and said again I have an online order. The lady said my name and I said yes, again she says it’s ready. We pull up get the order. I pull to the a parking space and my order is not complete. I go through for the 3rd time and said I had an online order and I have missing items. The lady says pull up to the window. She comes and brings the item and says can I get you something else. I said No, but what I wanted to say is my food correctly in the time promised and I didn’t even mention the toast was burnt on both chicken plates. Slooowwww! Got there at noon, so I thought great, I'll beat the lunch crowd. 1 guy in line. He orders, then it's my turn. I told the young man my order and my receipt shows 12:05. I get my drink filled and sit down. Several others come in and order. They start getting their orders before me. 🤷‍♂️ I think, well maybe they're making mine fresh or they ordered something easy. Time ticks by and more get their orders. Finally at 12:23, a full 18 minutes later the fireball 🙄 that took my order said my name. It was hard to understand though as he mumbles with his mask on. He looked right at me but probably didn't recognize me since I'd lost 10 lbs and grew a full beard since he took my order. He mumbles a name again and shockingly I figure it's my order!
