Taco Bell — Restaurant in Linden

HORRIBLE!!! I have been there the last two days and I still have yet have been able to talk to a manager. I came in there yesterday in order to thing a chicken quesadilla and a beefy five layer burrito got home in the beefy. Five layer burrito was not in the bag. I tried calling five times no one picked up. I gave it another chance tonight I ordered six things and yet another item was not in my bag which was a potato bowl I tried calling again four times and no one answers the phone. But yet we want almost $20 an hour and you guys can get a simple order right or answer the phone.!!! I will no longer be coming to your facility, which is sad because you’re right near my house. I’ll have to travel all the way to frnton and they could have my business. Because your management and your team can’t answer a simple phone call or gets simple right and can’t get nobody to correct the mistake!! In short, don't waste your time, drive to Fenton Taco Bell.

I ordered online to pick up in store. I went inside to get my order (it was a large order) to pick it up and they were busy but incredibly unorganized. I checked with the cashier (who seemed to be new) and he wasn't sure how to check it. He asked 2-3 people (one of them being the manager) how to check it and didn't get a clear answer as they all ignored him. He was very kind and decided to problem solve and re-input my order since nobody would help him. When the manager finally paid attention to what he was doing he reamed him out, told him that order was made and rushed away. The young cashier then needed help to delete the order. They never updated me on when my order would be ready. When I finally got my order I was missing an item. The person who came to taco bell with me was also missing an item along with another patron who I didn't know. Literally worst...

Hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Not only do they consistently get my order wrong, making me drive all the way back there after getting home with the food, the food always is made poorly. If you’re looking for consistency, look no further. The only consistency they are good at is making cold, crushed, and severely under portioned food. Thats assuming if they even remember to give you your whole order. At first i gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they may have been under staffed but then as i went back to have my oder fixed, I saw 8 employees there. And after getting my order fixed and getting home, they still had managed to mess up my order AGAIN when remaking it.
