Wow! Canât believe a food chain that is a favorite to so so many people in this area really have such a NEGATIVE group of employees. Visited this location for quick breakfast for my family. I frequently come to this location because Wendyâs is one of our favorite places to eat and itâs close to home.
So this morning, at the drive-thru intercom the cashier seemed to be âbotheredâ. She completely rushed me through my order, Alain at the window, and also after waiting serval minutes with others vehicles for my food by the dining room door.
The woman taking orders at the drive-thru and also taking monies for my order that was over $20, was extremely rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, seemed extremely bothered that customers were patronizing, complete negative attitude, and seem to not want be at work today. I had to make her say âgood morningâ when I got to the window. However, before placing my order I said, âGood morningâ and there was no response from her.
Because of ordering so quickly, and her rushing me I forgot some items because of her âpoor customer service skillsâ. In which I could have been a âsecret shopperâ and this Wendyâs location would have failed, because of this employee.
I will never come back to this Wendyâs again. This isnât the first bad incident that I has with this location. The store manager contacted me and my issue was resolved. I will not allow another incident to happen when I spend my hard earned money to patronize this location.

   Read moreI usually donât like to give one star ratings, but this place earned it. In life everyone earns things, so this particular Wendyâs earned a one star rating. Their customer service stinks! Now I know their probably over worked but every customer that comes to any establishment counts. Believe me when I say, Iâm not one of those people that believe the statement âCustomer is always rightâ because thatâs not a true statement. I believe the customer can make mistakes. However, I put my hard earned money into their pockets to get the service that I received. Every dollar you put in a register is money in their pockets. âIf no customer no business, no business no workâ, now thatâs the statement I believe in.. Trust me, this is not the first time Iâve come to this Wendyâs, and believe it when I say every time has been the same experience over and over. The whole establishment including management needs to attend a class on customer service. The person on the drive thru window having a conversation with another coworker and then getting an attitude with me when I ask for some ketchup. No ice in my drink, and the fries. Oh please donât let me talk about the fries. CAN SOMEONE SAY SOGGY!!! Not just soggy but soggy full of grease. Reminds me of checkers fries. When you squeeze the fries a whole bunch grease comes out. Did Wendyâs change their fries? If so please bring it back? If not...

The bathroom floors are sticky, and there are unrelated older men who go inside the stall with minors (by groups of four). We feel really unsafe. We did not witness anything but did not also wait to find out.
Then, to make matters worse, we walk out of the filthy restroom to next witness a brawl just outside the dining area. Thankfully, three crew members and the supervisor on staff break up the fight and are willing to share video footage to hold them accountable.
The ice machine on the left is out. The kiosk systems to put in your order are very filthy; let's not address the doors!
Although the food is somewhat fresh here, it is recommended to have better dining experiences elsewhere.
