Balsamo's Pizza & Discount Liquor — Restaurant in Lindenwold

The restaurant is tucked away in a secluded spot in Lindenwold. It was a nice, quaint place, but I wasn't too pleased with the attitude of the employees. Three women were at the counter, two white and one black. They seemed more preoccupied with one another than the customers. Their rather inane chatter made the entire restaurant seem unprofessional. I ordered the vegan meatball sub and vegan cheese fries (I'll give them a plus because they have vegan options). My food was taking longer than expected, so my mother, who was with me, asked what was going on. Apparently, they messed up my meatball sub the first time and had to remake it. I was quite unhappy with the fact that the staff didn't make any kind of attempt to notify me. They just kept talking amongst themselves and staring into space. Had my mother not inquired about my order, I probably would've sat there all night. The food was acceptable; my expectations weren't that high, anyway. Considering that, I made a foolish mistake in thinking Balsamo's would try harder. My mother got a single slice of cheese pizza and she said it was terrible, which shocked me since the pizza looked so appealing. If I were you, I'd keep looking if quality customer service and good food are things you appreciate. Balsamo's was wise in setting up shop in that secluded corner. No one's really...

If I could give you NO stars I would 0. I’ve been ordering here since I was a little kid on Emerson Avenue. Since you have moved to the other side of Lindenwold by the tracks the service has been terrible and quality of food has definitely changed. I spent $45 on the panzerotti special and a small steak pizza tonight. I specifically said please make two of the panzerotti‘s with just steak. When the driver came here he delivered the food I noticed that they were all plain Panzarottis. So I called back and told the lady on the phone she said ok hold on. She gets back on the phone and says the cook said he made 2 with steak. I said I wouldn’t be calling if it was correct. She said hold on. She gets back on the phone and says the only way the cook will make the steak ones is if you return all 4 Panzarottis I said my kids already bit into 2 of them. I will take a picture and show the driver she said no. I said you know what don’t worry I will never call there again. You just lost business and I plan on tell everyone about how you just took my 50.00 and Accused me of lying over 2 panzerotti’s. I hope the owner reads this and sees how terrible the customer service I received tonight as a loyal customer for over 20 years....

They don't wash there dishes to Serve Safe code they don't then use hot water. I worked here off the books for 3-4 days the first night was only 2 hours. Was fired without proper process or legit reason "suspection of drug us when have ADHD and choice not to be on drug/"pills" since I was illegaly hired they fired me illegally (Accoring to Labor Laws). After being fired I wanted to order something for pick up. I no longer had a job, I couldn't afford delivery. I was then denied service no legimit reason as a customer behavior goes. Then, Jason Green threaten to call the Cops on me if i did get off the property. So, I got off he kept threating to call the Cops (Still assuming I was high and under the influence). So, I dialed the Police myself. Only reason I knew as a customer that I could possibly be diened service was because I was Hispanic. He tried to say I was high when the police showed up and I believe if I was the Lindwol Police had reason to suspect I was High and/or Disturbing the Peace they would have arrested or at the least cited me. Ultimately they are a dirty people who sell unclean food and are doing dirtly business just to try and stay afloat. DO NO SUPPORT DIRTY...
