Jalisco Restaurant — Restaurant in Lindsborg

I was in Lindsborg and decided to try this Mexican Restaurant. I got the fajitas. Like with chicken and steak and shrimp and some other stuff. It was very good. This place serves Pepsi products. I got me a Wild Cherry Pepsi. It was extremely delicious. My buddy recommended the flan. I did try it. It was very good. Also I was impressed with the atmosphere. It was not very noisy in there. I would say this would be a good place to bring your family. And I would say that the prices on the menu are reasonable. To be honest, it is a little cheaper than some other Mexican Restaurants. A couple downsides. Their credit card machine was down. Luckily I had some cash in my car. And it seemed to me that the Air conditioner didn't work. It was pretty warm. But I made it. Another down side is somewhat limited seating. I think the max capacity is 60 people or something. I'm not sure. I was there early Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. Well, it was my first time here. I wasn't impressed. I got the combo #3 so I could try various items (enchilada, chili rellino, taco). What I got did not match up to the description of what those individual items were (which is what I based my choice on). The chili rellino is SUPPOSED to be a poblano pepper stuffed with beef/chicken and cheese. What I got was a bell pepper with (beef slurry - the consistency of pet food). The taco description was a fried taco. What I got was a stale crispy corn taco... that being said, my sister got the fajitas. She gave me one, those were good. I liked those. Ehhhhhh, the food was mediocre at best. The staff was rude. The waiter just seemed pretty over the whole thing. The guy working the register wasn't much better. I tried to give him money for the tip (something that I really didn't want to do anyway) and I was instructed to go put it on the table. They weren't super busy either - so that wasn't the reason for the brusqueness. This was recommended by one of their regulars who was dining with me today - she was mortified at their attitudes.
