Culver’s — Restaurant in Lino Lakes

I stopped by Culver’s for lunch and had a mostly positive experience with a couple of minor hiccups. At the drive-thru, I was quoted one price on the screen, but the total was different when I got to the window. Thankfully, the cashier was helpful and adjusted the cost to match the original quoted price.

I had also ordered extra pecans on my salad, but they were missing when I received it. I went inside to speak with someone, and the manager, Nicole, was very kind and professional. She quickly fixed the issue and made sure I got the pecans I had paid for.

The service and food quality is disgusting often cold or frozen custard hasn’t been fresh anytime I have been there and none of the cooks were wearing hair nets anytime I went in. Employees are rude. Floors are dirty and it’s never really clean none of the tables or eating areas are cleaned. The managers are unhelpful and rude. I also witnessed a manager/cook yelling at a young girl for not knowing how to do something while she was trying to say she was new and still training. We ordered two concrete mixers and pretzel bites and they came after 15-20 minutes and the mixers were melted almost completely and the pretzel bites weren’t really warm anymore.
