For the most part they do ok.... my only real concerns or complaints are. ( and it's not just this location ) why are the fries always burnt/ been sitting for too long.... also if I'm waiting for fresh fries and then you give me fries that are burnt / overcooked, I would rather be given the option to wait for them cooked properly, a credit, refund or substitution but definitely never handed my order with a smile and thank you, have a nice day knowing that just a few minutes down the road.. my day will no longer be nice..... Yes I should have made that employee show me that everything was in the bag and cooked properly. But why do I have to do this? If they truly cared about me; the consumer, and not just my money, it would always be cooked right! right portions! and they should just like bartenders have to do, " say hey sir , u been here twice a day for the last five days.. I'm watching you gain weight every time u roll thru and it is my duty to cut you off for the next 30 days" . My picture should be taken along with my plates and immediately distributed between all fast food restaurants in 200 Mile radius. But then again maybe that's taking it too far too fast, for now let's stick to providing the best service done right and work on our communications skills. Read moreMy girlfriend was just up there around 245pm. The mcchicken we ordered legit had no chicken on it. What a facepalm. I used to work at McDonald's in this franchise and I've never seen anything that stupid before. UPDATE: just went through the drive thru today, got 6 cheeseburgers, 4 small fries and 2 ranch for 20.30 went up to the first window, the lady confirmed my order and my total and I handed her exact change and drove to the next window. The manager proceeded to tell me I did not pay for my order and smirk laughed when I told her I did. And then she made up saying I paid for a different order when the worker at the first window confirmed my items and my total before I handed her the exact cash. Do better that was ridiculous to be told I didn't pay when I am a paying customer and a good person and then to be handed my food without an apology from the manager was ridiculous as well. Happened on 3/18/23 at around 830pm and I feel like the older lady manager that told me I didn't pay needs to be trained better at talking to customers and the girl running cashier on back drive needs to click on the right order when she confirms the items and the total to the customer. It's all on your guys cameras that I paid and that she confirmed the right order to me. Read moreI really abhor posting negative reviews, however, my overall experience today was nothing shy of a complete and total train wreck. I understand and can relate to the situations restaurants are facing these days, but it's very discouraging to set in the outside drive through lane at the order screen while no less than eight cars ordered and pulled up in the inside lane, before I was even acknowledged.
Sadly to top it all off all I wanted was a simple cup of coffee. After I finally ordered I received 3/4 of a cup of warm coffee and no Splenda like I had requested and was displayed on the order screen. Finally the bonus was my coffee was 50% more than I pay at my local McDonald's.
I was gonna pick up the order for the folks behind me but by the time I was able to order I was so hot under the collar from waiting that my charitable thoughts had passed me by.
I would like to mention that I go to the McDonald's in Wyoming, MN a few times a week for coffee and food over the last few years and their service, staff and food has always been excellent. I have never once had a wrong order and they usually have your fresh food hanging out the window before you even get pulled up from paying and are always courteous and greet you with a smile. Obviously they take considerable pride in their customers valuable time and money.
