It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Lisbon

I ordered through here on DoorDash excited to try a new place. I received my food—boneless wings, curly fries, and some fried Oreos. I was completely disappointed when I hit into an Oreo that was completely raw at the bottom. I lifted each one and all of them were raw. I called the store one person answered the phone I explained what happened she put me on hold—about 6 minute later someone else answered I again explain what happened Goes on hold AGAIN…says she is going to get a manager…..7 minutes later a manager answered he explained there is nothing he can do for me and I need to contact DoorDash for a refund. I explained I don’t necessarily want a refund he can write my name down for a future order of properly cooked Oreos. He said nope we can’t do that orders are only through online DoorDash there’s no record of my order. So I explained I just sat on hold for 13 minutes to be told he can’t do anything and contact DoorDash. I told him he should probably explain that to his employees since I just waited on hold to be told you can’t do anything. He says well they just answer the phones and take orders for chili’s. Completely...

The app for door dash (pickup) kept going and saying that it's not ready yet over and over again until half an hour and then I sat outside for like 15 minutes and then finally I called and spoke to one of them plays and pretty much I paid about $20 for cold, not even edible food. Because they said that it was ready within Maybe 10 or 15 minutes and then sat out for about an hour. The couple fries that I tried were rubbery and well the wings I didn't even bother... Negaunee well its chicken and gad been sitting out for so long... my coke was watered down because of the ice melting... and the fried oreos were just mushy and gross by then. I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation of all of this And I don't want to point my finger out to blame anybody I'm sure that it's all just a big misunderstanding But, it was very disappointing at that point 11:00 p.m. And really nowhere else...

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I normally don't give in to low ratings when deciding whether to try a place but I tried to not order from here. However when you're hungry and there's no other options ehh. This place has the most abysmal wings I have ever had living on 3 continent's. They were plain, non-seasoned, and smeared with sauces that obviously come out of packages or bottles. They were not tossed, finished, or otherwise "cooked" with the sauce either. Just cooked bare, flavorless; then the sauce poured into them so the coating is also uneven. Will never go to this one again and absolutely to any other of the chains locations. Please don't get food here! Save yourself the trouble and buy frozen...
