McDonald's — Restaurant in Lisbon

For a fast food place drive thru there are 5 things I look at. 1st: how easy is the menu to read? Here it was super easy, that's their first star. 2nd: how is the parking situation, traffic flow, location of drive thru reserved parking, entrance/exit, etc. This location has a spacious area to work with and yet they chose to put the drive thru reserved parking in front, meaning you have to go all the way around the building or make an illegal backup to get out of the lot. That cluster** cost them a star. 3rd: Speed of service. How fast do you get through the drive thru? I made it through in less than 5 minutes. That's an easy star to give. 4th: Quality of the food. This includes taste, whether I get sick after eating it, and how sloppily the sandwiches are put together. You know those times you get fast food that is just thrown together and everything is falling all over the place? I want people to avoid that because I know how much I dislike it. This McDonald's did not leave me trying to keep my food down, avoid wearing it on my shirt as the sandwich slid everywhere and fell apart, or turn me off by tasting like the burger was a week old. I was impressed by their McExtreme Bacon Burger (Limited Edition Worldwide Favorite), the bacon even tasted real! And finally, the 5th item I look at: Actual customer service. Pleasantness of the associates, time it takes for them to acknowledge me, etc. The service at the drive thru order station was good, however, I waited too long at the pay window to be acknowledged. I shouldn't be there for 2 minutes without hearing anything but yet you've looked at me 3 times. That certainly cost them a star. As far as speed goes, this place is great. They also serve high quality food (as far as local McDonald's goes). The only thing I think they lack on is good...

This is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to. For starters, the food at this location is always impeccable. They always have the most crispy fries and tastiest burgers. They are genuinely a step above every other McDonalds I have been to.

I decided to write this review today after an experience with this location where they displayed above and beyond customer service. I love Cinnamonroll from hello kitty, and I really wanted the Cinnamonroll X Donetello happy meal toy. I called this location to ask if they would be willing to sell me specifically that toy if I came to the store. To be quite frank, when I reached out I did not expect results, and was actually kind of afraid of being dismissed or treated like a nuisance. The person who answered when I called, though, was extremely kind and looked for the toy for me. Unfortunately they were not able to find it, but genuinely seemed remorseful they could not find it for me.

Then, a few hours later, to my complete surprise I received a call back. It was the same employee and they said they actually did end up finding one and that they would hold it for me. I went to the location and was treated, once again, very kindly by the person at the front counter as I made my purchase. They also respected my gender identity which is something I greatly appreciate.

To me this demonstrated above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction that I think deserves praise! Thank you McDonald's Lisbon! I love my...

This is not the place to bring children with autism if you have to restrain them they will call the cops on you even though they don't know what's going on or why you're doing what you're doing to keep your children and other children safe they will call the cops on you do not bring any autistic child here this is my real experience with the place and if they take this down again I'll keep posting it and I will post it to my Facebook too this place needs to get shut down it's always dirty the people always mess up the orders this place should be checked out by the Better Business Bureau as it's probably the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in and I used to work at the one in Putnam. Not to mention calling DCF on you I got news for the manager at McDonald's you just offered your company up for a lawsuit for defamation of character if you do not know what's going on in this situation don't act like you do my son is an autistic child who's supposed to be wearing hearing aids that his mother does not provide for my visits and since you want to say I abuse my kid I will see you in court as I can guarantee tomorrow I will be filing defamation of character charges against you...
