👊Left $5 tip on card along with $3 delivery fee for 1 regular turkey sandwich... and these people have the audacity to put a " :( " face on the tip section of receipt

They want over a 100% tip on 1 sandwich to be delivered across the street!??

I've had many issues with these guys taking forever to deliver across the street to four lakes, one instance taking over an hour...

I called to speak to manager and an employee pretended to be the manager....

this location is ridiculous.

They lost a work from home lunch customer now. Terribly managed location.

Easy to get your orders. The online pick-up process is great. You can walk in, turn to your right and the rack is right there. Grab your sandwich and go without having to deal with any potentially rude staff. This is the best option as usually staff is what causes all the problems and bad reviews for a place. Whoever is managing this place is doing a good job. The only thing they forget is to include the mustard/mayo packets in the bag for online orders. 50% of the time it's missing from my bag.
