Come here often and 95% of the time great service. I had placed a mobile order and my fault to the wrong location. When i arrived they couldn't find it. She asked to look at my phone and said i ordered from a different location. I asked if they would still be able to make it there and would pay again if needed. She said she could make it no problem but they were slammed with mobile orders. I said no problem i can wait. She then yells at me while walking away, "Well if you would have just ordered for the right location you wouldn't have to wait!" I never once complained about waiting just stated no problem that i would wait. The poor girl at the drive thu just stood there not know what to do. I asked for the ladies name that yelled and the poor girl just stood there. I asked her about three times before i used her name on her name tag did she then give me the ladies name that yelled at me. I get i screwed up and ordered to the wrong location but there was no reason to get rude with me about it. The lady did come back and apologize once she learned i knew her name now and said the mask makes it sound like she is yelling. I wear these wonderfully horribly things 8 hours or more a day and have never had something think i was yelling at them nor have i thought anyone was yelling at me through it. Iām a creature of habit and get the same drink all the timeā¦I know what itās supposed to look like because I pay 1.25$ extra to get cold foam on my drink. If Iām paying for cold foam I expect the cold foam. I did a pick up and as I was waiting for my food I looked at my drink and could tell there was no cold foamā¦just the little bit of coffee foam from it being a shaken espresso. I debated saying anything cause I donāt want to be annoying but again if Iām paying for cold foam I expect there to be cold foam. So I politely said something to the lady that brought me my food, she said it had foam on it I said no thatās just coffee foam from it being shaken she said no it is foam, another worker chimed in and said there was cold foam and that it disintegrated as it sat. Cold foam shouldnāt disintegrate after 2 minutes. I teach high school and will grab this coffee at 7am and my cold foam is still there as I am finishing the coffee at 10am. I didnāt argue anymore took my coffee and drank it. Again upon taste I could tell my vanilla sweet cream cold foam was never added. Thereās other Starbucks close by to this location. Do not waste money at this location. They will always forget to put at least one of your items in the bag. The presentation is subpar. And I just called about my second missing item for my order, a second time this week. And I got redirected to the store phone (which I had just called). That was the help I received and now I will go into the store and see what they will do about my missing food. The lady on the phone told me her staff said it was in the bag. Next time I will be sure to record a video of me receiving the sealed back directly from my Uber delivery person. The work ethic there is lazy, sloppy, and unprofessional. Please, thereās a million of Starbucks around, do NOT waste a dime at this location. Absolutely trash. Need better management and employees who know how to pack a $8 sandwhich into...
