Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lisle

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Ordered a pizza online. Went to pick it up 10 minutes after it was due to be ready. Clerk states they never made it and asks me to wait 10 more minutes. I go to car for 10+ minutes and return. Clerk says somebody must have forgotten to make it again. He asks for 10 more minutes. I politely say that in 10 minutes I would either like a pizza or a refund. I return 10+ minutes later. Clerk checks the back like he thinks my order is there and then returns and provides me a refund. I wouldn't believe this story if I didn't experience it. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift as a police officer and still had my uniform shirt on. I'm pretty sure they didn't accidentally screw up a simple order 4 times. If they discriminate against a profession, God only knows what else they might discriminate against. Get your pizza...

I only give 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I've ordered from them about 5 times. Will never order again. Delivery is dreadfully slow, that is when they actually decide to deliver it to me. 2 out of the 5 times I've ordered delivery, they've called me about an hour after I completed my order to tell me they don't have anyone working currently to deliver. So I went to go pick it up and both times they failed to deduct the delivery charge from my bill. The other 3 or 4 times I ordered, they estimated 45-60 minutes for delivery, only to show up like an hour and a half later. The food sucks too. It's always cold. Go figure. These people are unhighly unprofessional, extremely incompetent and downright lazy as hell. Please don't order...

Utterly disappointing!!!

I know that MANY companies are implementing cost-saving measures these days. This is why I always order (and PAY for) EXTRA cheese.

My pizzas & cheese breadsticks were absolutely BURNT to a crisp. IF my order contained extra cheese, I would absolutely positively HATE to see what the regular order of cheese looks like.

The staff was absolutely AMAZING & PLEASANT when I called in my order and at the store. I saw the horrendous reviews online and thought if I called I could better gage the professionalism of this store. I REALLY thought my experience would be different.
