Swan's Cafe — Restaurant in Litchfield

Got the French toast which was basically just egg battered bread ( no cinnamon or vanilla or you know flavor) my boyfriend’s bacon was cold, hard, and burnt. That was all kinda expected, I have never had great food there just cheap, greasy breakfast food. And then the bill cane prices were average I guess. Our bill was $25 I put $40 on the table waitress came and then never brought my change back giving herself a $15 tip. I was planning on tipping, but definitely not $15 since her service was not great. But the fact that she just decided to keep the change was rude and unprofessional. Place was clean waitress OK. Not going back until they change.I was charged 2.oo to take my left overs home. Really that's business. You are that desperate for cash.This is what went down we went there for a brothers birthday to eat.My husband was not hungry so he did not order.I ordered a chicken dinner. I told him he could have a bit of my chicken if he wanted.The waitress jumped in and said if I had some it was a 2.00 dollar charge. My husband said no he did not want any and if he did he will have the left overs in the car on the way home.The waitress said it would still be a 2.00 charge.REALLY !!!!! VERY GREEDY PEOPLE...

My ham and cheese sandwich was delicious, fries were amazing.

My husband didn't finish his meal. He ordered eggs over medium and the were barely overeasy, and he also asked for crispy hashbrown, they were still raw potatoes.

It was super fast service, we were surprised how fast it was. My husband even made a joke while we were served are food, He ask the waitress if things were cooked, while I guess mine...
