Premier has always been a favorite for tasty meals that my friends and I head to when we have that craving. The head chef Clinton is engaging and takes his product seriously and engages in conversations with patrons when time allows. He shared that Friday and Sunday nights are also special themed nights which I noted as I will be back. The prices are super affordable and you definitely get value for money. Our waitress was pleasant and checked on us often. Tonight was exceptional- amazing throwbacks and slow jams. I believe it was the inaugural Slow Jam/SoulFul Wednesdays of the summer and it did not disappoint. It's worth the drive so I would encourage you to add it to your Wednesday calendar. My experience at Premier Restaurant and Lounge was nothing short of delightful. The fried snapper was a standout dish with its amazing array of distinct flavors, cooked to perfection for a crispy, yet succulent taste experience. The rice and peas were comforting and well-seasoned, a perfect complement to the star of the plate.

The bammy added a nice, starchy contrast with its subtle flavor and satisfying texture, while the cabbage surprised me with its unique and savory taste that added depth to the meal. I visited Dominique’s on Friday 7/12/24. Was very impressed. I am a senior, and a vet..My order was served timely, hot and delicious. The waiter was dressed very professional. After such a wonderful evening of dining I referred Dominique to others. One sent me a copy of negative reviews. I am shocked because my guest and I had a wonderful time. The surrounding guests. appeared to be enjoying themselves also. No negative energy anywhere. There was even a valet in the parking lot. I am so sorry for the misfortune of others.
