Hollander's — Restaurant in Little Chute

This is the restaurant I dine in most frequently as it's close to home and has a large menu, so there's something everyone will love. We normally sit at the bar, but they have a large dining area with a mix of high top tables with stools and low top tables with chairs. Extremely wheelchair friendly. They don't have games for kids to play, but still a great place for the whole family.

I've ordered their grilled salmon pasta before, but last night, the salmon was prepared to such a perfect medium rare and the seasoning was amazing, so I had to give a shout out!

The time before that I ordered something new and I didn't care for it. I set it aside and when I apologized for not liking it, they offered to remake it a different way and it was delicious! They didn't have to do that, but it shows their commitment to serving high-quality food and ensuring customer satisfaction!

Thanks for being our default! We will be back many, many times!

And if you didn't know, they still serve the same fabulous broasted chicken from when they were a supper club / event hall before they renovated and reopened as Hollander's, and it's on special every Sunday! I think you can still book a large private event (wedding, funeral, party, etc) in the room downstairs too. Plus, they serve fish every day, not just on Fridays!

Hopefully, they'll add a nice steak back to the menu again soon, considering most of the places around here where you could get a good steak gave already gone under or have stopped serving high-quality food and are on...

Food was absolutely delicious. Server was nice. MISSING STAR INFO! Bartender who got us our drinks (our family of 4 sat at the bar) was one of the rudest I've witnessed. The one missing star was because of him only. When we sat down there was no greeting just stood and stared while waiting for our drink order. I later asked for water, without even acknowledging me he very rudely got two and put them at the bar way to the left of our family where no one was even sitting and got a bit of attitude when I asked if those were for us (they were so far away I wasn't sure so I wanted to ask). When we arrived it wasn't busy so im not sure what the attitude was about but we felt so uncomfortable because of this guy we didnt stick around after finishing our food other than to pay the bill and leave. Was a nice place would have enjoyed hanging out...

I thought this place was great. Until recently… the last time I went here I waited almost an hour for my takeout. When I arrived, it was busy but not that busy where I should wait at the bar after the expected time it was supposed to be done. When I got home and took out my food, the picture down below is what I received. I called and asked nicely for a refund. When I came to pick up my refund, (a $10 gift certificate) the bartender was very rude. I wish I could’ve just got my money back…Today, my family came here in a large group, we gave them a week in advance notice that this would be happening. As soon as we walked in they rolled their eyes and the other bartender sighed out loud “Jesus Christ.” If you can’t handle the business, don’t accept it. Simple as that.
