Been like 2 years... still takes 15 minutes to get a coffee at noon on a sunday
New starbucks, would kind of expect that things aren't 100% yet and that they are still getting on there feet... but whoever manages ALL the starbucks in this area severely understaffs their stores and its painful at all the actual startbucks in the valley. The only good one is in target or inside mejiers. Why do you think that is?
Not only is it slow (20 minutes to get a mocha inside because the drive thru was 8 cars deep), but I don't pay $6 for microwaved milk. There is a difference between microwaved/boiling milk and a latte...
Oh a don't forget Starbucks compensating tips to pay their employees instead of offering a livable wage. McDonalds and other fast food restaurants don't ask for tips to subsadise their unlivable wages... why does starbucks think they can have the employee looking you directly in the face asking for a tip before you even get served.
20 minutes reading headlines and writting this review and I left, -$7 cuz 6 for the coffee and 1 for the guilt trip, with nothing.

Read moreI wouldn't think to review a Starbucks as I guess I just assume they'll be great at making coffee and they're so prevalent, why bother? However, two days in a row, I was afforded the opportunity to sit in their lobby at this Little Chute location and enjoy a pecan-flavored coffee. First, the young ladies who helped me were genuinely sweet and appreciative of my business. There were maybe 5 of them working in the morning and almost all, if not all, welcomed me (and others) when I walked in. They were courteous and helpful as I figured out what I wanted. They even brought my coffee to me instead of leaving it at the counter. I sat down and didn't think to look up. Suddenly, it was on my table. So sweet!
Next, the music! Usually I hear that alternative coffee house crap that makes me think of driving into a light post. Instead, I heard Sign Your Name (Across My Heart), I Wonder If I Take You Home, and Back to Life! Lisa Lisa?!?! Awesome! So upbeat to start my Tuesday!

Read moreI consistently have issues with this Starbucks, it’s actually insane. I’ve never had so many issues with a Starbucks except for this one. I go out of my way to drive to a further Starbucks because this one is unreliable. They’re constantly out of popular ingredients that other locations don’t run out of. The manager - not sure if she’s still there - straight up argued with me after I had waited over 30 minutes for a pick up order. Starbucks always has good customer service but hers was nonexistent. My husband has gone in there and heard her gossiping about the other employees, right out in the open. And 50%+ of the time my drink is made wrong. Just now I got an iced coffee with milk that is nearly pure white. I added my own coffee after paying nearly $6-7 for theirs and it’s still SO milky. I hate this Starbucks.
