The food is AMAZING! The reason I gave 4 stars is because of our dining experience and what we witnessed. Our waitress was very young, inexperienced, and just plain lazy. She couldn’t get our orders right. She was smacking on gum while taking our order. We asked her for refills, she took our cups, placed on counter and walked away and started playing with that adorable little boy. We didn’t get them for almost 10 minutes. We witnessed the one employee, the tall girl, on the phone taking an order. The other phone rang and our waitress was standing right next to it and just walked away. Making it so the other employee had to put that customer on hold to answer the other phone to ask them to hold. That happened 3 more times while we were there. I know she works at Acme also. This place is filthy. They took over an immaculate clean building/restaurant only 2 years ago and have destroyed it. So disappointing. The food is mediocre. This is the 3rd and last time I’ll be giving it a try. Tonight we “picked up” instead of delivery. When I saw how dirty it was I should have left. The food hasn’t been good any of the times I’ve tried it but i know people say they like it. Everyone is different I guess. The pizza is not even edible. The Birria tacos, which people rave about, were tasteless. The help is very nice, helpful and friendly. If they cleaned the place it wouldn’t seem so bad. Just a place with mediocre food.
