McDonald's — Restaurant in Little Egg Harbor Township

I gave one star because I wasn't able to give none! Do not recommend this mcds at all! Would never suggest anyone eat there even if it's the last place on earth to eat. I'd rather starve! I went through the drive thru and ordered a bunch of food. We asked for the original krispy Kreme donut. They asked us which kind and we said the original. They asked again but what kind?do you want an iced one? No. The original. You want the glazed one? Yes the original. The man behind the speaker was arguing with us! We went to the first window. Asked for the guys name. They said they couldn't give that to us and that he was a minor. Ok we want to speak to your manager. She left and came back and said I'm the manager in training whats your complaint. We told her what happened and she didn't seem to care at all. We asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to us. No one in the store was wearing a name tag. Eventually she said her name was samantha. She definitely just made that up. We went to next window. That lady said she was the manager when we asked again trying to get the real manager. She said her name was Anna. That we know is also a lie. I submitted my survey explaining the situation. I also called corporate. When I called the actual store after visiting an Emily said she was the manager on duty at that time of our visit. I asked for more names and she said she can't do that. I said well they have to have name tags because they represent mcds. She said no one here wears name tags. I told her we won't be back and emily said that's fine! Very unprofessional! This place has gone to Hell!! Every time I’ve gone there the incompetence of the staff is so apparent it’s now completely unacceptable at this point . A bunch of kids and young adults that only care about is getting their $15.00 pay rate and not following through on a simple menu order and cannot even do simple math!!! Was there this past Saturday and it took three people to work the register and were advised 3 times that the order was for dining in. We were given the numbered arch and sat down. When dining in they’re supposed to bring you your food. The time we were there it was NOT busy. Only one employee watching his phone in the dining area we were in. We waited over 25 minutes when my friend went to check out what the hold up was. The kid at the counter didn’t care about when my friend said the food was cold!! I the got up and watched via the delivery area the kid take back and hand it to some other employee and he started boxing with another right the food was being processed for the drive through. Almost 40 minutes we finally got our food but had to watch them to make sure it wasn’t just replated. I usually come here quite often and it’s always a pleasant experience but lately it’s been declining. Last night I went and I could tell something was off when the employee working the speaker box was getting short with me and mumbling into his microphone. He told me to go to the first window and just never showed up there. Several minutes passed with me just sitting there wasting gas. Eventually a female worker knocked on the window and indicated to me to move to the second window and a different female employee was there. I told her I was instructed to go to the first window but no one ever showed up. Not sure why the male employee would do that to me. I asked the female employee for the receipt because I definitely didn’t get it at the first window. She tells me to the “guy” is going to get it for me. I look down at my phone and the next thing I know is a receipt being shoved in my face with no greeting whatsoever. I have no idea what I did wrong, I was only trying to follow his instructions earlier.
