Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Little Elm

If I could give them a zero, I would. This past weekend, we ordered bacon and jalapeno cheesy bread, a large pizza, and pasta. We were not given the cheesy bread, and we immediately called and informed the store employee of this. I wanted my money back, but the guy with whom we spoke offered us a free large pizza and cheesy bread on our next order. We agreed.

Tonight, we called and told the girl our name and that we would like to get our free pizza and cheesy bread. The girl, who couldn't have been over 17 years old, tells us that no one noted that in the system, so we couldn't have it. We couldn't remember the guy's name who promised us the pizza, so she essentially said she didn't think we were telling the truth. Her manager also said we couldn't have the pizza.

I then asked to be refunded for the cheesy bread I never received, and I was told no. Mind you, I ordered online and have the email that shows my order. I can't tell you how many times my husband orders Dominos. They should have honored their agreement for a long time, frequent customer, and they did not, nor did they refund me for the cheesy bread I never received. We are pretty done...

Haven’t had a good experience yet since moving near this location. We’ve ordered here 4-5 times. The first two were okay. Not great. They either hardly put the yummy seasoning blend on the crust or none at all or on half of it. 3rd time, guy left the store. The store is not even 5 minutes from us. We usually get it in 5-7 minutes after they’ve left. We didn’t get it for 35 minutes. It was barely warm, asked for extra cheese, hardly any cheese. Bubbles all over it. Overdone. 4th- today. Ordered 3 pizzas. The large extra cheese pizza came as ordered except only a few slices had the seasoning on the crust. One of ours, the cheese was only up by the crust. Non in the middle. 2 slices, no crust at all! No seasoning on the crust. It was all weird in the box and not hot at all. One slice had just a few items on it. The 3rd pizza was double pepperoni. Barely any cheese and no seasoning on the crust either. I won’t be getting pizza from this location again. Yes, they’ve been nice to remake them and even gave me a credit, but it’s just disappointing and annoying to deal with. I’ve been told Pizza Hut does a better job so… guess we will try...

Ordered ahead on the APP . PASTA , 2 PIZZAS, AND 2 LITER. Timed for curbside AND I called as well!! All because I had to be in a conference call I could not miss and wanted Hot food safely delivered curbside amd make it home to family in short time we have. Not only did I miss the curbside.. because that never happened but took me 30 minutes to go inside and get all my cold food. With exception of the 2 kiter of Coke that was hot but I was told I could reach in and try to grab one from there fridge out front. Maybe this is normal here but for me this was a disaster and our food was not even under the warmer sonthey obviously just didn't care. I was told that curbside system was down so they just didn't look outside... and that's for certain because I was parked directly in front of doors in big white dually truck.

Disappointed in service? Lack of respect and just give a rip about anyones dinner when 10 people standing around hooping it up. Not my idea of a good business here. Food was cold and minimal toppings at the very best that is being generous. Paying premium for a Coke and it better be cold. This is not rocket...
