This place has potential. But... The wait for food is extensive - you need to plan ahead and order with the app. Today, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and my egg was unexplainably chilled. It has potential, but during peak hours there needs to be more structure in the way things are run here and some kind of threshold limit on the number of orders they accept at a given time. Maybe implementing time slots, or block-off ordering once the wait time gets to be excessive. Saxbys is newer to Montclair's campus but it is truly amazing when it comes to the quality of their drinks and food! I got the drink Vacay All day, it is so good and i definitely will get it again!
