I put in my textbook order online on 9/5 with the university bookstore. Received an email on 9/6 saying it was ready. I waited 20 minutes for the store to open and waited an extra 45 minutes for them to find my book order. During that time frame, I had been told "You ordered it yesterday, come back tomorrow", "It won't be ready until later", and "We can't find your order". During that time frame, I was also given what I THOUGHT was my order, only for it to be COMPLETELY WRONG. When I finally received my order after waiting for approximately ONE HOUR, I was told that only ONE of my two ordered books was available the way I wanted it and I had to pay AN ADDITIONAL FEE for the difference! Being in retail, I can understand human error, however these employees are unorganized and unprofessional!! Save yourself some trouble and either pick up your orders the first week at the actual store or shop online at another website. DO NOT SHOP WEB ORDERS WITH THE UNIVERSITY...
