Food is very good from salsas to chips and tripa tacos . The reason for 2 stars is because 9 out of 10 times they get my order wrong. Whether its putting onion and cilantro on my tacos or making the burrito asada when i say al pastor. The staff is very rude and seem like they dont care if theyre rude. They even give attitude when they repeat the order back to you. I have tried ordering over the phone, online, and in person because i truly liked the flavor. I would say they rarely have customers and orders because of the bad attitude they have and superiority they feel. Unfortunately i wont be going anymore because they have made it very clear that they dont care. I have witnessed how they also give attitude to other customers and to a nice couple with 2 small kids there, the couple even smiled at the staff and the staff walked past them and ignored them. This is by far the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten it. The sauces are very good their avocado salsa is like the best I’ve ever tasted ever better than what I can even make. The Verde sauce is very good they also have the mango habanero salsa which is so delicious and then their normal regular salsa is so good they give you chips and salsa with any order that you make for free. The staff is amazing friendly and very helpful the place is very clean you also get cucumbers with your food and radishes which is so good I always get extra cucumbers and they also have a gaming room if you’re feeling bored . I have never waited over 10 minutes for my food normally it takes about 3 to 4 minutes. I have been coming to this establishment now for two years and I moved out of town but I drive an hour away just to come to eat here. Tried this place out for the 1st time on new years day. The pastor taco was good. My steak taco was interesting, the meat looked boiled and noticed no chip refills unless you want to pay extra. But what really left me with a bad taste, later that week, I noticed two charges on my card of the same amount. When I came in to get a resolution to my problem. The young man who recognized me said he must have charged my friends meal on my card and did not reimburse me. Before you wonder no, my receipt was correct it just had my meal, and my friend had her own receipt. But both meals were charged on my card. New habit; paying in cash!...
