We’ve been here twice now and both times our servers were absolutely incredible—super friendly and welcoming! The only downside is that since the place is still new, the staff isn’t very familiar with the menu yet, but they’re eager to help. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and inviting. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the chicken and waffles with peaches—it looked great on the plate, but the flavors didn’t quite deliver. However, the kids' French toast sticks came in a fun car-shaped dish, which my daughter absolutely loved! My husband had the waffle sandwich and thought it was amazing—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. On our second visit, I ordered the chilaquiles, and they were truly delicious! The chips had a perfect texture—soft but still with a satisfying crunch. My sister had the molcajete chilaquiles and said the same thing—they’ve definitely mastered that dish!

We went on a Sunday morning, so we expected a bit of a wait. It was about 20 minutes to be seated, which was reasonable. The food took about 30 minutes to arrive, which wasn’t ideal, but the quality made up for it. I had the Eggs Benedict which was amazing. My husband had the Al Pastor Skillet, which was smaller than most places but still filling and delicious. The space is modern and welcoming, with beautiful tableware and a nice touch: a pot of coffee at every table. Huge menu with tons of options. Staff seemed a bit stressed from the rush but were very apologetic about the wait. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was tasty and fresh, atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the service was okay. Our server was attentive but did get my order and my daughter’s order incorrect and had to be redone, but she was very apologetic. The menu is great, lots of different options to choose from. I thought the portions were a good size and the pancakes were very good. I ordered a BYO skillet with bacon and spinach but they really skimped on the bacon (I only found 1 small piece and a few crumbles) which was disappointing. Overall we had a great experience and I’d recommend, we will be back.

Today was my second visit to Paradise Pancake House. I previously visited alone and enjoyed it so well I brought my family back this morning!

I enjoyed the 3-egg breakfast with hash browns and crisp bacon. I had the pancakes and added rye toast (sorry I neglected to take any photos.) My wife had the Caprese Avocado Toast, and my daughter had the Banana Bread French Toast.

The food was excellent! My eggs were perfectly over medium and the hash browns were crisp on the outside and still tender on the inside. I enjoy bacon that is extra crisp and this bacon was done well, it could always be a little crisper for my personal liking, but that's not the fault of the chef, that's a personal failing (hahaha.) The toast was good and arrived at the table unbuttered, the rye is a light rye. On my last visit I got sourdough toast which was very good as well. An Ample supply of butter was available on the table so you are able to use the right amount to suit your tastes. I am a bit of a pancake snob, and the pancakes were wonderful. They were light and fluffy without being mealy, they were fully cooked all the way through but not dry at all. The syrup on the table was a bit thin and could have been a bit less "runny" for my preference.

As I previously said, this was my second visit and I came back and brought the fam.

My wife really enjoyed the Caprese Avocado Toast, and the portion was such that she brought part of it home for a later snack.

My daughter got the Banana Bread French Toast and the portion was HUGE! She got 4 large slices of French toast that were absolutely drowning in sauce and fruit. She also brought part of her meal home for a later snack!

Both my wife's and daughter's meal came garnished with an edible flower! What a pleasant touch. It's like having breakfast in paradise! (see what I did there?) They both said the flower was very mild and didn't have a strong flavor (they had to try.)

At 11:00am on A Saturday the restaurant was quite busy and the parking lot was nearly full, but parking was still possible, we were seated immediately, and food came pretty quickly considering how busy it was. Our waitress was attentive and we certainly didn't feel like we were a bother to her on a busy day.

The coffee was hot and fresh and served up in adorable hand-spun cups and we were given a small carafe to refill. We were also given a carafe of iced water.

The atmosphere is warm & welcoming. The space is open & airy but it was still easy to have a private conversation at the table without feeling as though others might be listening in. Everything is clean and fresh, including the bathrooms.

My second visit to Paradise Pancake House was awesome and I would encourage everyone to check them out and visit them often! It's nice to have another local diner option, especially one that is done so well. I wish them well and hope they are successful and become a longtime pillar of...

Let me start off by saying the servers here are good. Food portions are very small and they pack you with hashbrowns, chips and everything but the protein. The cooks also messed up order 3 times and my girlfriend didn't even eat her food cause she asked for no onions and there resolution was to discount our food by 20%. Look when my omelet was messed up and the first one sent out was larger then replacement thats an issue. Your making customer pay for cooks mistakes by giving me less. When you order chilaquiles with steak and eggs and you dont even get a full egg and a very small portion of meat that is a problem.

I can tell you I will never step foot in this place because of the resolution. I order food and pay for a service my food should be made to order correctly and it was not. This all boils down to accountability. If cooks messed up food more then once and you damn near charge me full price for a long wait and food being messed up no way cooks and establishment will learn. Next time make it right with customer or you will...
