Johnny K's this place is in my opinion has some of the best "hand dipped/hard served" milkshakes or malts around!! What's hand dipped/hard served you ask??? This is the very important difference, and what makes a superior shake or malt for me!!! If you ask for a Large "hard served" Chocolate malt you can tell them what regular ice cream you'd like to make your shake! I always choose chocolate. They put in chocolate ice cream a little bit of chocolate syrup, and milk!!! Most of the time, I tell them they can skip the syrup because their chocolate ice cream is delicious and doesn't need any extra chocolate to make it AWESOME!!! If you order a regular shake it is made with soft serve ice cream normally vanilla, then chocolate syrup, and milk...for that homemade flavor I always ask for hard serve ice cream!! Johnny K's is a good one stop shop for a meal and ice cream. They do a very nice job on their beef, hot dogs, chicken tenders... Pretty much anything you would expect from a place like this. They have an ample, but not very extensive, ice cream menu that features hard and soft serve. Their ice cream creations are your standard faire of Sundays, cones, and shakes. I had the hard serve banana split, which was satisfying. If the owners/ manager is reading this, I would recommend adding some sort of monster ice cream dessert to your menu... Maybe even a "challenge" of some kind. I think it would go over well in the area, and I promise I'll be the first to give it a try. Take the family to the matinee, then stop at Johnny K's for dinner... And maybe an ice cream...

The food is decent but not worth the waiting time, especially when I have to wait 10 minutes for 1 pizza puff, & the prices are ridiculous for the quality of food. I went on their website and made a list of food to order for my family, I thought I had an order of approximately $20 to $30 worth of food, when I picked up the order it ended up costing almost $50, apparently the prices on their website have not been updated. & I have called in an order a couple of times & they would tell me my order would b ready in about 15-20 minutes, after the "estimated" waiting time when I would get there & tell them I'm picking up my order I usually still end up waiting another 10-15 minutes. And their fries are terrible. I will not be going back to this...
