The soda machine here is either not working or they are deliberately being cheap by watering them down or just not fixing it from when it had issues ages ago. I complain about the coke every my single time and now I’m going to make a corporate complaint because it’s been like a year now . I also know that the management and owners are cheap and cutting cost corners because the tried to not fix the cooling system during a massive heatwave and had to OSHA come in just to get them to do something about it. I know thi because my kid worked there at the time. Then my other kid had an interview scheduled there several times and showed up and NO ONE was there to interview him. This place is just poorly ran and they cut corners.
I’ll go to other towns much further away to get food now where the owner doesn’t own the restaurant. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but since they are known for their cokes it is kind of important that the quality is consistent and theirs are bad. I have told them time after time that I know that they are serving subpar cokes and they just pretend like they don’t understand. Your complaints saying they shouldn’t make as much as they do. well they don’t. they start around $11 an hour. you never know someone’s situation or what they’re going through. it’s fast food. not gourmet. you want something perfect? go to a steak house. they try their best even on their worst days they still go in and prepare your crazy orders in a short amount of time. at times they’re short staffed and no one complains. they give you your food as fast as they possibly can. if they make mistakes. they correct them. no need to be rude about it. maybe if the customers would keep in mind that the people working ARE HUMAN, things would run more smoothly. But yet yesterday was a horrible experience the staff brought out the wrong drink, only one lady seemed to know what she was doing. The 2 men taking orders at the front were just not paying attention. we asked for 3 hash browns and only got two, asked for an americano and got a macchiato. We also asked for 2 servings of bacon and they gave us 2 singular strips. I was not happy with this experience yesterday, the staff had always done a better job until now.
