Capitol Cafe — Restaurant in Little Rock

Went down on my lunch break at 1 and they were out of everything. The guy on the grill said he could make me a quesadilla. So he puts it on the grill and leaves for probably 13-14 min. As I and the other people in line are laughing at this point watching my food burn the guy returns and folds up the burnt tortilla in a box and says “here ya go.” I didn’t have time or energy to fight over it, my 30 min lunch break was already half gone at this point. All this being said I don’t expect the food to be five star quality but I do want my food fast...

Food is decent enough and some staff are friendly and accommodating but, very often there are rude staff that do not treat people equally. We are all paying the same amount for overpriced subpar lunch plates, so we deserve to be treated the same and not have plates slopped together after watching the person ahead have a plate made considerably and asked which ingredient options...
