Service is always friendly food is always fresh
I hate to post this but I need these businesses to understand that one unnecessary disrespectful, rude employees can cause your business to have a negative experience and ruin the reputation. I love this subway restaurant it has always had good service and good quality food until today.
My coworker and I go into the subway to get sandwiches they did not have the teriyaki chicken I wanted. I made a joke to my coworker about how sad I was, in the midst of that the female staff was putting steak on my coworkers bowl and I guess she thought I was saying something about the way she put the steak on the bowl, because she stated oh I didn't mean to throw it on there. We both looked confused and kept talking. After she finished my friends bowl she walked away and tried to help another customer, avoiding to make my wrap and help a customer who was in line behind another customer that was being helped. I didn't say anything I waited patiently and stood there. I did not officially get frustrated until she pointed at me saying ma'am what do you want on your wrap with an attitude. At that point it confirmed that she had an attitude and I was just ready to go. I asked my lettuce and tomato then I decided I was done. I paid for my food and let. Read moreI ordered here last week. We have been in Children’s Hospital for the past 2 1/2 weeks when we received our sandwiches they had gotten the veggies mixed up. My husband had ordered lettuce, tomato pickle. I had not by the time I got back to see that my food they were asking me to sign consent due to my daughter going into an extensive surgery. I noticed if they had gotten my order wrong, so I called them back To see if they could fix it they told me that they cannot because they did not make my sandwiches wrong. I told them that they obviously had gotten the sandwiches mixed up. And the little Indian girl persisted that she had not, and she had talked to her manager about it, but that if I wanted to bring the food back the next day that I could for them to fix it, I told them that I was not keeping uneaten food for a day to take it back to a restaurant that it was their mistake and they should fix it and she consisted to be extremely rude I will never return to the subway again. Their customer service was terrible. They did not swallow my order at all. I’ve asked for my sandwiches toasted, and they were cold on top of being wrong and on top of that they not wanting to fix my order and saying that I was wrong whenever they had messed up my order and I had to order on my app Showing what I had gotten terrible place to eat definitely...
Read moreI made an online order and my husband walked from the childrens hospital to the subway to get our sandwich, he was giving the wrong one walked all the way back to the hospital room opened the sandwich and seen it was tuna not chicken, I then checked the time ket and sure enough wrong name, so I called and the guy said bring it back I gave him the wrong sandwich. My husband takes the sandwich back the white guy with all the tattoos the asks how much of it did you eat before you knew it was the wrong one, my hubs then said none we opened it, well he gave him our sandwich and it looked like it had been opened, so my hubs called as he was walking back to hospital and asked if it was sent out and returned (our grandson just had a bone marrow transplant so we have to be extremely careful) the guy didn't know if he sent the sandwich out and then it was brought back in, he yelled on the phone just bring it back in then. My hubs returns to the subway and the guy started cussing at him and yelling at him, so my husband yelled back the employee then bowed his chest up and asked my hubs do you got a problem.
