Felt very unwelcome here. Will definitely not be going back anytime soon. Seemed like i was taking to much time ordering or maybe the lady was just having a bad day. I guess this is the type of environment you need to know what you want before you get there. I feel like I was asking for to much when I asked to have the food I ordered reheated, the cashier laughed and started speaking in another language. Them she proceeded to not warm up the food, but got mad I didn't leave a tip. Will not be returning. Worse experience ever at a donut shop

Where do I start. We have grown up going to Shipleys and it has maintained its legacy and consistency in quality and low price forever! These are amazing do-nuts, they also have breakfast sandwiches, burritos and kolaches. The donut holes are my favs. Definitely definitely go. We love Shipleys so much we have matching T-Shirts. Probably the greatest to ever do it. They do need to adhere to trends because they are simply the best!!!!!! aka shipley the best!!! Thank you Shipleys for decades of amazing Do-Nuts

Stopped in for the first time and woah, this food is delicious. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit is full of flavor. The blueberry cake donut is moist and spongy. The staff were super friendly, full of smiles bright and early. We’ll definitely be coming back!

FLIES FLIES FLIES FLIES!! CANTRELL LOCATION I just left the Cantrell location we wanted donuts and breakfast sandwiches this morning. I ordered my donuts and looked in the glass case to order my sandwich I seen HUGE FLIES crawling all over the breakfast sandwiches hopping from sandwich to sandwich! I said to the clerk its flies crawling over the sandwiches! She waved her hand slightly and said " hee hee I try keep them off! NO NOT HEE HEE THATS NOT FUNNY ITS DISGUSTING! She then said anything else and I said "IS THAT OK?? other employees came to look and walked away looking at me as if I was the problem! They made no effort to throw them away! FLIES are a big deal here in America we don't want flies on our food! I then cancelled my order and left because if FLIES are on the sandwiches they're crawling on the...

My boyfriend just left from there around 8:15, he ordered a kolache, cinnamon twist , a dozen whole donuts , a coffee. And apple juice , They gave us what looked like ham rolled up in replacement of a hot dog for the kolache and the coffee was water . I’m currently 32 weeks and I was craving the kolache and since this location is pretty far I ate what I had . After eating the kolache my stomach INSTANTLY went into cramps . I gave myself 5 minutes to see if it would go away , it didn’t . I stood up and started throwing up , my boyfriend went to our second bathroom and was having diarrhea.
