I’m not usually a big fan of pancakes, but this food truck completely changed my mind. Their pancakes are seriously next level, so good, I’ve found myself coming back multiple times, sometimes even twice in one day. The sweet cream topping is incredible: rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet.

Their cold cups are equally amazing, the candied grapes and creative candy toppings take the flavor to a whole new level. And don’t even get me started on the dirty sodas, the creativity and combinations they come up with are top tier.

To top it all off, the customer service is consistently fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, and always going the extra mile. You can tell they care about the experience just as much as the food.

I visited Dessert Lab Food Truck today and had a fantastic experience! I ordered the 10-count pancakes topped with strawberries, shaved almonds, peanuts, caramel drizzle, Nutella, and whipped cream. Everything was delicious—the pancakes were hot, fresh, fluffy, and served in the cutest mini sizes. The portion was just right and very filling.
