I’ve had several issues here with ordering. Price is all over the place every person at the register charges differently. I order the same thing 7 days a week. When I ask about the difference n price, I’m treated as if that’s the price and I’m wrong. They are kind of condescending and rude if you question them. Recently due to drs orders I needed to change my order up. I live n one town and work n another. So I order my new coffee at two other place and never a word by the person taking my order that there was any issue. I simple order and they handed me what I wanted. I get to this Starbucks (believing this order is possible) and I’m met with the impossible task of getting this order. When I said there must be a way I’ve gotten it at two other locations , still no attempt is made to figure it out. Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. This Wednesday was my very first time ever going to starbucks! I looked on tiktok to find me a perfect drink then went to go place my order. I sat and waited and heard people name get called informing them their older is complete. The elderly white people were getting the best treatment plus more. They got to taste before they paid for it. Even had to wait in line 5 mins while the cashier and the woman chatted. Her order was already placed, and they chatted while I stood in line! When they finally stopped talking she walked away to do something. I came in at 8:25 and waited till 8:50 for my order, and its not like it wasn't done! They watched me sit and didn't say a word. I stopped by the drive the thru & proceeded to let them know I wanted a cup of ice with water & before I could even finish my order the worker goes to say I can’t get a cup of ice unless I actually purchase something and he goes to name the menu to of what I can add and says unless I make an actual transaction I can’t get a cup of ice. I proceeded to say “ that if he would’ve gave me time to complete my order, he would’ve known I wasn’t done with my order.” Very disappointing to be approached that way.
